GMCH Chandigarh MD Courses & Fees 2025: Eligibility, NEET Dates, Admission Process

The GMCH Chandigarh MD placement report for 2024 is not available yet. However, as per the college's NIRF report, 104 PG (3-year) students, out of a total of 128 students, were placed in 2023. 21 students were selected for higher education. In 2022, 85 students, out of a total of 128 students were placed while 5 students were selected for higher studies.

Application fee and other details is released by NBE. The fee remains the same as it was last year. In 2024, the application fee was reduced by INR 750 for each category. With reduced fee, candidates had to pay INR 3500 for general category while for SC/ST candidates had to pay INR 2500. Earlier candidates had to pay INR 4200 application fee for general category. It must be noted that paying exam fee is mandatory to submit NEET PG 2025 application form. 

NEET PG 2025 application form can be filled by all the eligible candidates. NBE will release the eligibility criteria with the official information brochure. Aspirants must possess an MBBS degree/provisional Pass Certificate. They should also have a permanent/ provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification. No, there is no provision for direct admission to the BSc courses offered at GMCH Chandigarh. As per the official information, the admission the BSc courses at the college is strictly based on the ranks obtained by the applicants in the GMCH Combined Entrance Test (GCET) conducted by the college. Further, candidates must be found fit after the medical examination conducted by the college once the candidates have been selected provisionally. They must also fulfil the specified eligibility criteria for BSc admission.

The GMCH Chandigarh's BSc application process is conducted online on its official website. The application form is filled in two parts:

• Part-I: To be filled for appearing in GCET
• Part-II: To be filled by candidates who qualify GCET for appearing in counseling

For filling out the 'Part I' of the application form, candidates must first register on the 'Admissions' page on the official website. After the registrations, they must log in, fill out the application form, upload their photograph, left thumb impression, signature, NOC (for in-service candidates) and pay the application fee online.

After the candidates have qualified the GCET entrance examination, they must visit the admission portal again to log in and fill out the 'Part II' of the application form. In this step, they are required to upload the certificates/documents specified by the college.

The GMCH Chandigarh BSc application dates may vary yearly. Based on the previous year's schedule, the application process is expected to begin in June. In 2024, the application forms were released by the college on its official website on June 21, 2024. The application process continued till July 10, 2024. GMCH Chandigarh conducts GMCH Combined Entrance Test (GCET) to shortlist applicants for BSc admission.
