Complete review of Gopalan college.

Faculty: Gopalan College is a VTU college that follows VTU rules and regulations, and question papers come from VTU. Gopalan College conducts 3 internals, and they select the best two out of three, based on the marks the students have scored. If you don't get the proper average marks, we have improvement tests so that we can get our CIE marks properly, and we are eligible for the exam. They also consider attendance; if we have less attendance, we cannot write our exams.

This college doesn't meet the primary requirements but has great knowledge of the course.

Faculty: Here, the teachers have good knowledge about the course. Their teaching is great. They help each and every student, even those who are struggling a lot in every subject. The semester exams are not that hard to pass. The pass percentage should be 18%.

There were good placements this year and there were many events held.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful, highly qualified, and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is good.  The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes us, the students, industry-ready.  The semester exams are easy, and they are given from the model question papers.

Really good for placements, great faculty, and good infrastructure.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful and highly qualified; they motivate students, and they are highly knowledgeable. Mechanical faculty members are very helpful, and the staff motivates students. They help students with placements and in all aspects. The pass percentage is above 80 percent all the time in mechanical engineering because of the staff.

Our college has good faculty and infrastructure.

Faculty: Faculty members were good and supportive. The course provided quality time for gaining industrial knowledge. 90% to 95% was the pass percentage. As per the VTU syllabus, internal and external exams were conducted. Lab exams were conducted strictly.

The college environment and the teacher team made me satisfied.

Faculty: The teachers in my college are really approachable and qualified. The way they are teaching, the way they are making us familiar about things is incredible. The course in the college doesn't make us 100% ready for industry. The semester exam in college is tough but the teachers prepare us.

I am satisfied with this college.

Faculty: All teachers are very helpful and qualified, and knowledgeable. They conduct three internal exams and based on students' scores. They provide the final average and forward it to the university. They conduct the final exams.

Our college is very good.

Faculty: Teachers are good. The course curriculum is followed by VTU, so the difficulty level of exams is based on the VTU board. Our college aims for students to be entrepreneurs and makes them industry-ready. This all depends on students.

I am dissatisfied because of the faculty, and placements but the infrastructure is good.

Faculty: Teaching quality is average, and only some of the teachers are qualified and helpful. They should change the staff if they want to improve the teaching quality. The course curriculum is relevant since the college is affiliated with VTU. It helps students get ready for the industry. The semester exams are difficult. The pass percentage would be around 60%.

I will definitely recommend this college.

Faculty: Lecturers are well educated but are sometimes very pressuring to the students. Multiple tests and exams are conducted but with less time for preparation. The course curriculum makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate.

I don't recommend this college.

Faculty: If we ask the faculty any doubt, they stop responding to us on WhatsApp. Not all teachers are good, but some are good. The faculty are not helpful to us. Some of them hold personal grudges against students, reflecting that in giving marks. They don't teach well, and they have no good knowledge.

Our college is the worst.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. Semester exams are not that difficult, and the pass percentage is very less, i.e., only 30%. Students don't pass the subject. Semester exams are very tough, and they won't teach us. Faculty members are the worst here.
