There is no age limit. Applicant should be an Indian Citizen and should fulfill the below mentioned criteria: Candidate's parents should be permanent residents of Bihar OR Candidate's Parents should be registered refugee in Bihar OR Candidate's Parents are residents of other state but are employees of Bihar Government OR Candidate's Parents are employees of the pre-reorganization Bihar Government whose Cadre has not yet been divided and whose post is still transferrable to the state of Bihar/ Jharkhand OR Candidate's Parents are employees of the Govt. of India posted in Bihar or in factories operated by the Govt. of India situated in the state of Bihar or are employee of institutions OR Candidate's parents are employees of the United Nations and are currently posted in Bihar.
