Placements: There is no opportunity for placements after completing a bachelor of arts at the Government Degree College in Baramulla, Kashmir. However, one may get an opportunity after going for higher studies. Top recruiting companies do not visit our campus.
Infrastructure: The basic facilities and infrastructure available for this course are very good. Wi-Fi is available 24X7. Our classrooms are well-ventilated and smart classroom facilities are available. The hostel is good.
Faculty: Our college faculty members are excellent, knowledgeable, and skilled. The course curriculum is relevant. The semester examinations are not difficult and can be passed by studying during exam days. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: The campus environment is cool and peaceful. The campus crowd is not good.

It has really good infrastructure.
Placements: No recruiting companies come to this college for placements. I don't know the exact numbers, but only a few numbers of students get internships. I don't have the exact information of what titles were offered in our course. I'm still studying, and my course will end in 2022.
Infrastructure: We have a very good infrastructure in our college. We have a Wi-Fi connection available in our college. It is good. Labs are good and clean. Classrooms are excellent, and the benches are good. Every book is available in our library. Hostel quality is good. The food in the mess is very good. A canteen is available, and there's a big ground in which we play all types of games.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful. Everyone is qualified for their job, and they are very knowledgeable and humble. Our teachers help us every time. The teaching quality is excellent. The course curriculum is okay. I wouldn't say it is too good. The exams are pretty difficult. I don't know the pass percentage.
Other: I wanted to chose this course because I like Science.

I am satisfied because of the faculty members.
Placements: Placements and job opportunities are not much good in our college. However, every year some companies visit our college and conduct recruitment. Our college provides internships, but they are provided only for professional courses like BBA and BCA but not for B.Sc students. In our course, there were about 40% of the total students of the entire batch.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure provided for our course was good enough with a variety of subjects and their labs and also a library. The hostel was good, and the rooms have good ventilation. The electricity facility was also good, but the mess was not much good. For PGs, students need to register themselves from the hostel warden, and the fee was charged on a monthly basis.
Faculty: In my 3-year degree course, there were 6 semesters in which I studied under various professors, and they were good. There were two assistant professors who were exceptionally intelligent. But in three years, there were some contractual lecturers who were not up to the mark.

It has a great campus and average faculty members.
Placements: There are the highest placements of students in this college. The maximum salary offered is 1.4 lakhs per month. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 30,000 per month in 2025. 68% of students got internships from the government.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure of the college are very satisfying like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, etc. Each instrument is available here. Other facilities such as the canteen, sports, etc., are available. There are very advanced facilities for the sports staff members.
Faculty: As per the quality, education is currently very impressive because new staff are allocated by the government. It develops a good experience and advantage for the learners. Semester exams are not much different from any other institute. The pass percentage is 33% out of 100%.
Other: I chose this course for the betterment of my future in competitive exams like SSC, UPSC, JKSSB, etc. This course is a combination of different books so I recommend it for myself. This course needs guidance to the students about the course for its bright future. The college introduces many events annually for enjoyment and help for learners.

The environment of our college is very friendly and very helpful for gaining knowledge.
Placements: We were almost more 70 students in our batch. Our college offers various placement opportunities especially for professional courses. We get scholarships in best institutes. The prices of package vary but we can avail the best of it for our bright future.
Infrastructure: We have well established and furnished classrooms. The labs are well-equipped and well maintained. We have a big library with up to date books and rest of the material. There is a seperate rest room. The food quality of the hostel is also good and canteen is well maintained.
Faculty: The faculty of our college is well trained and knowledgeable. The have best of the knowledge of their concerned field. The teachers used best methods of teaching and helped us in solving our doubts and confusions. They also helped us in our project works.
