Good infrastructure, best views, good libraries, and computer labs.
Placements: In my course around 80 percent of students got placed. The highest package is 12 LPA. The lowest package is 3 LPA. The average package is 5.5 LPA. Top recruiters are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Accenture. 60 percent of students got internships in TCS, Infosys, and local firms. Top roles offered are Analyst, Developer, and Associate.
Infrastructure: The department has spacious classrooms, well-equipped labs, Wi-Fi, and a good library with sufficient study material. Hostel facilities are decent with clean rooms and basic amenities. Mess and canteen food is average. Medical facilities are available and students have access to sports grounds and indoor games.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, knowledgeable, and generally helpful. Teaching quality is good with practical and theoretical learning. The curriculum is relevant and provides useful industry-oriented skills. Semester exams are moderately difficult and regular study is enough to pass. The pass percentage is around 85-90 percent.
Other: I chose this course for its career opportunities and practical learning. The best part is the supportive faculty and balanced curriculum. More industry exposure and internships could improve the course. The campus has good events and fests, a friendly crowd, decent connectivity, scholarships, and various extracurricular activities.
