If you want to enjoy college life then it is not a good college.
Placements: Not a single company has come to our college for placements because of covid. All the people were tensed. If you want to be placed at a company, you have to go there by yourself and hand over your resume. It was hectic for some children. Overall, I will say poor experience.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good in our college. They provided all the labs with good computers. Open Wi-Fi is given to the students but it didn't work 20% of the time. Labs are good. ASUS ROG computers are placed. I will say the infrastructure is average. But I didn't like the library.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful. The teachers are very qualified and the quality of studying is very nice. The course is relevant but I will not say that it makes students industry-ready. The semester examination difficulty is average and the pass percentage is 90%.
Other: I chose BCA because I love to do coding. The best thing I would say is that you can do work from home. There are not many events but there are several competitions conducted in our college.

Review of Gujranwala Guru Nanak Khalsa College.
Placements: None of the company is interested in visiting our college for recruitment purpose. Moreover, our college does not take any initiative to conduct a placement drive. Even they don't guide and take students to other colleges or universities for placements which is the negative point of our college.
Infrastructure: Nowadays, the principal of Khalsa College is doing very well. He put every possible step for the growth of the college as well as for the betterment of students. The infrastructure of our college is good. Labs are well-equipped with computer systems, Wi-Fi, air-conditioners and other advanced equipment. The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled, and Wi-Fi routers are installed at every department, which helps students and teachers to access easily. The library is equipped with modern technology as students can issue books online, and books are also properly racked. However, 2-3 messes are available on the college campus where individuals can eat every type of cuisines at affordable cost, and they also have a proper sitting arrangement.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are very good and cooperative. They do everything for the betterment of students and college, and they motivate students to rise in their future. They also help students every time in studies, researches, etc. College also engages competitions and other sports activities for students where they can get the industry and outer knowledge. Competitions are conducted at the college level and university level.
Other: I did my bachelor's BCA in this college because I have a keen interest in computers. Teachers teach students with proper attention and guide them at every step. They also provide extra classes for free of cost to clear students' doubts in particular subject. The improvement of the course is that they should provide more practical knowledge to students. Our college also participates in university-level competitions, youth fests and other curricular activities. The best thing is that our college has won many prizes in youth fest in various categories.

Good college with decent placements and supportive faculty members.
Placements: The placements at GGN KCL are fairly good, with around 70% of students from my batch getting placed. The highest package offered was about 10 LPA, the lowest around 2.5 LPA, and the average package stood near 4-5 LPA. Major recruiters included TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Deloitte, and a few startups. Around 60% of students also received internships in companies like HCL and Cognizant, which gave good exposure. Common roles offered were Software Engineer, Business Analyst, and Associate Consultant. Overall, the placement support is satisfactory but can improve with more core companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of GGN KCL is quite good with spacious classrooms, well-equipped labs, a library, and Wi-Fi facilities. The hostel is decent with clean rooms and basic amenities. Mess food is average but hygienic. The campus also provides medical facilities, sports grounds, and indoor games for students.
Faculty: Faculty at GGN KCL is helpful, qualified, and supportive, with most teachers having good academic backgrounds and teaching experience. The curriculum is updated and covers industry-relevant topics, though practical exposure could be improved. Semester exams are moderately difficult but manageable with regular study, and the overall pass percentage remains high. Teaching quality is decent, and teachers are approachable for doubts and guidance, which makes learning smoother for students.
Other: I chose this course as it offers good career opportunities and helps in building strong fundamentals. Faculty is supportive and approachable, making learning smooth. My batch was interactive and friendly, which created a positive learning environment. The best part was the balance between academics and extracurricular activities, with events, fests, and cultural programs keeping the campus lively. However, I feel the curriculum could include more industry-based projects and workshops to enhance practical knowledge. Overall, the course provides decent exposure, but better company tie-ups and internships would make it more valuable for future career growth.

Our college is good to study, but placements are not available for students who deserve them.
Placements: From our GGN Khalsa College, none of the students got placements from our computer science department. Even a single company also didn't visit here like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc. However, there were lots of talented students in our college. There are no placement activities because none of the companies visits here to offer campus placements.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel in our college for students. The entire campus has a Wi-Fi facility. Canteen, medical facility, sports and music facilities are also available here.
Faculty:
Teachers here have very good knowledge of teaching, and few teachers are very talented. They explain practically very well. They are very helpful and very knowledgeable, and their teaching quality is fabulous. They all are always ready to teach even in free lectures. BCA course curriculum is relevant and makes all students industry-ready because they explain well through practical methods.
Other: I have chosen BCA because I was keenly interested in learning computer languages since my school time. The best thing about our course is I can learn new and trending technology because this is a technology era. Our college celebrates every single festival and events celebrating traditionally always. We always enjoyed during events here. Scholarships are available for backward class students.

Our college is good with good faculty members and infrastructure.
Placements: Our college does not provide placements. Top recruiting companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, etc., visit our college for placements. However, for the 2016 batch, one local company visited our college for placements.
Infrastructure: Our college provides two computer labs for the BCA and PGDCA branch, and they are managed by the lab instructors. Wi-Fi facility is available in the entire college, but students had to pay the fees for that. A library is available with every book. Classrooms are large so that students will not feel congested while studying, but they are not cleaned sometimes. Food served in the canteen is good, and almost every cuisine is available. Every year on the sports day, games competitions are conduct by the college, which helps the students to explore more. Winners students also get amazing prizes.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are good. But sometimes at a particular subject, I feel like study quality is not good. The course curriculum was good, and students can clear subject fundamentals by reading it. The course curriculum makes the students industry-ready.
Other: I have chosen this course because I always wanted to become a software developer, and it helped me a lot to be good in those skills. The best thing about our course is it doesn't have too much non-useful content in the syllabus. I wish the college should provide 70% practical knowledge than the theoretical knowledge in our course. Events and fests organised at our college are good, and students can enjoy it.

Good college with good faculty, infrastructure but dissatisfied because of placements.
Placements: I have passed out in 2017 batch from GGN khalsa College. No Campus Placements were made in our batch but in 2016 batch 30% of my seniors got selected in the insurance company during campus placement. The minimum salary they offered is 8000 per month. The average is in the 10000 per month. They offered only one role. 0% students got internship. There is no top recruiting companies comes to GGN Khalsa College campus.
Infrastructure: In GGN, Overall campus has a Wi-Fi connection with good speed. Computer labs are good and fully equipped with projectors and Air Conditioners. Classrooms are large so that no one feels congested while studying. Library is also good and one can issue and return the book online through the portal. Almost every book is available in library. In canteen, Quality of food is good. Sports & Games are available and on sports day the Games conducts every year.
Faculty: I had a great experience with the faculty of this college. I feel that teachers have average knowledge of the assigned subjects but few of the teachers have a great knowledge about the subjects. The course curriculum is also good and it helps the students to be industry-ready. Course curriculum sometimes helps me to solve my technical issues.
Other: I have chosen this course because I have a great interest in Computers & Software. The best things about BCA is, It helps the students to learn about how software works, How to Create one. One can start their career as a software engineer by enrolling into BCA. In BCA the only thing I feel is that every college should include the latest technology into the subjects so that students can be future-ready. The events, fests organized here are awesome always. Almost every year college conducts the Coding, Quiz competitions with the other colleges and the winners got the amazing prizes. Actually that competitions helps the students to explore more.
