Review of GVR & S College Of Engineering & Technology.
Placements: In the last semester, 85 students among a total of 230 odd students got placed in esteemed multinational companies. The highest salary package offered was about 4 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 1.8 LPA. Esteemed multinational companies like Emphasis, Paytm, Mahindra, Capgemini, etc., visited our campus.
Infrastructure: Free Wi-fi facility available in our college. Labs have adequate equipment. Medical facilities like emergency first-aid kits are available for us. Sports are conducted during events like fests, farewells, etc. The quality of labs is average. The canteen food is okay. Hostel rooms are not good.
Faculty: The faculty in our college are well trained, knowledgeable and qualified. Every faculty at least have M.tech qualification, and many of them are PhD holders. Practical teaching, along with audio-video room facilities is available for our college. The student to faculty ratio is merely 20:1.
Other:
Events like national festivals, science and math days are celebrated well in our college. The college is well situated at the outskirts of the city. Scholarships from the government can be availed at our college. The government provides Rs. 45,000 scholarship to every student. Extracurricular activities like sports, quizzes, debates, etc., are conducted during the events.

Our college is good in every aspect except of labs which is developing.
Placements: Our students were well placed in esteemed companies. Last year the total students were 230 odd and a total of 86 students got placed in Campus interviews. The highest package of salary was around 4LPA and the average package is around 1.8LPA. The emphasis, Mahindra, Paytm, etc. Companies visited our college. Around 60 per cent of students got an internship in Esteemed companies.
Infrastructure: Moderate labs with enough equipped machines were available in our college. Classrooms were wide and well ventilated. Good medical facilities like first aid, Suitable tablets were available. The large sports ground is available and good canteen food with several types of variety of food and beverages is available. Hostel rooms were just okay.
Faculty: Our faculty are well skilled and have good technical knowledge. Practical teaching in labs, classrooms, Audio and Video facilities are available. Every 15-20 students have a class in charge and a HOD. We visited Kumar Pumps, Tenali and Vishakha Steel Plant, Visakhapatnam. The course curriculum was useful and perfectly followed.
Other: Our college is popular for Event organisation. Every event like Fests, Farewell, religious festivals, etc. Are celebrated in a grand manner. Our Campus had a strength of around 800 students. College Campus is built near the city outskirts and every facility is easily available. Every student avails Government scholarship. Extra curricular activities like sports quiz Debates and Group discussion is conducted on Fests and farewells.

The Overall Review of My College.
Placements: Many of our college students were placed in Esteemed companies (MNC's) like Paytm, Mahindra, Emphasis. Etc. Last semester almost 85 students got placed in Several MNC's and They were offered Mechanical, Civil, CSE, and ECE jobs. The highest package till date was INR 4.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite good except for the labs and hostel facilities which can be rated averagely. Classrooms are wide with good ventilation available. The library has many book. Indoor and Outdoor both types of game are played at our college. The canteen is good but the hostel rooms are not up to grade.
Faculty: Faculty at our college are quite skillful and have adequate knowledge to teach students. Each one of them has an M.Tech degree and some also possess Ph.D. Curriculum according to JNTUK is followed in our college and Each and every aspect is followed and taught by the faculty.
Other: Our college is the best name for its event management. Every type of event, either it may be a college-based event (like Fests, farewell, anniversary) or the events related to festivals like Diwali, Ramzan and Christmas are grandly Celebrated at our college. Our college is well built on the outskirts of the city. Hence, every facility is easily available. Scholarship of Rs.35,000/- offered by the government is availed at our college. Our students actively participate in extracurricular activities like quizzes, debates, PPT's and sports conducted during various events.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as options or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, or any other examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana, with the mentioned marks in aggregate (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) or equivalent along with bridge course or courses conducted by it for candidates enrolled from the academic year 2000 onwards. Candidates who have appeared for the final year of 10+2 and who are awaiting for their results are also eligible to apply on provisonal basis.
