It is the best college in Saurashtra to make a career in B.Sc statistics.

Placements: In Kotak Science College, placement offers are almost nil because it is a government college and affiliated with Saurashtra University. Even though it is a government college, you can expect placements in the chemistry department, but it is not assured. However, the salary offered would be very nominal.

Infrastructure: In this college, infrastructure is available such as government NAMO Wi-Fi is available across the whole campus and a well-ventilated library in the physics department. Classrooms are average, but they are not good enough. A medical boys' hostel is available nearly the zoology department, where nobody other than medical students gets admission.

Faculty: All the departments have highly qualified professionals and student-friendly professors. When the whole university's results are 70% Kotak College alone had an 89% pass out ratio during the last year 2021. The difficulty level is high than any other private college because every exam is monitored by the government and PhD pass-out lecturers.

Other: In this college during the last year, you can choose physics, chemistry, mathematics for A-group, and zoology botany, chemistry for B-group to select as a major in the B.Sc. Besides this, you can pursue B.Sc statistics if you are in A-group, which is only possible in Kotak College around the whole Saurashtra University and area. In the statistics department, it would be better if there were 2 or more faculty members. Currently, there is only one professor who is handling all the FY, SY and TY students. Even though it is a government college, you can facilitate a digital Gujarat scholarship if you are coming from SC, ST and OBC. Else you can apply for an MYSY scholarship. Sor that, you have to be passed with a minimum of 80% of marks in the last year.

One of the best institutes of Saurashtra.

Placements: In B.Sc. Chemistry, approximately 60% students are placed in a reputed industry and other students are going for further studies. The highest package offer is Rs 5 Lacs and the lowest package is 1 Lacs.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is so old, but this day's new building beginnings. Wi-Fi is not available in all buildings but labs and libraries. Big classes are available. The hostel is not providing by the institute but in a Rajkot city government, a hostel is available. Medical facilities not provided by the institute. Sports and games instruments are available.

Faculty: Teachers are very qualified and highly helpful. Teaching quality is too good. Laboratory work is very good so it is helpful for industry work. The semester exam is difficult and the passing percentage is 40% teaching quality is good in any department.

Other: B.Sc Chemistry is a most demanding subject.

It is the best B.Sc college in Rajkot and in Saurashtra University.

Placements: About 30% of the students got jobs in Saurashtra University mega job fair. Remaining students opt for further studies and a master course. The lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 5 LPA. This is the best opportunity for B.Sc. Only chemistry and physics students got maximum placements. All students got internships because, in the 6th semester, there is compulsory project work.

Infrastructure: Kotak Institute of Science is many years old, so its building is old. However, now the main department is under construction and is new. Wi-Fi is available in office and library areas. Classrooms are good. In a laboratory, chemicals and instruments are available. The hostel facility and medical facilities are not available. Sports and games equipment is available.

Faculty: Teachers here are very highly qualified and very helpful for teaching. They all passed GPSC and class 2 officers. Their teaching quality is best, and laboratory work is very good. The passing percentage is 40%. Exams are held in Saurashtra University, and there are six exams.

Other: I chose B.Sc chemistry because, in this situation, pharmaceutical companies require many chemists.

This college neither has good infrastructure, nor good faculty members.

Placements: Not many students got placements. The lowest salary offered is Rs.6,000 per month, and the average salary offered is Rs.8,000 per month. The highest salary offered ranged from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 12,000 per month. Balaji chemicals recruited students from our college it is a pharma company. There are a lot of internship facilities and companies works offered.

Infrastructure: In our college, there is no availability of Wi-Fi on campus. Wi-Fi is available only in the library. The infrastructure is not good. But renovation is on the way. In college, there is no availability of mess, canteen, and medical facility.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are not much helpful for every student. Teachers always help topper students and are not much available for average students. In our college, students are not much industry-ready. The semester exams are not much difficult. The pass percentage is 28%.

Other: I chose this college for better education but this was my biggest mistake. The best thing for our course is that the value is of outer state. There must recruit the best faculty members.

I am satisfied because of the good faculty members.

Placements: Students require a minimum of 60% in academics to get admission at the college. Based on our knowledge and quality, the highest salary package offered ranges from 2-3 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges from 1.5-2 LPA in our course. Many chemical and pharmaceutical companies visit our college to recruit students from our course. Top roles like junior assistants, lab assistants, etc., are offered in our course.

Infrastructure: Our college has a good parking facility. It has a cement concrete road. The infrastructure is average in our college. There are three huge practical labs, and it has all require chemicals for practicals. It has a good library with many books. There is no hostel facility for students.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are knowledgeable and experienced. All professors' nature is very good and helpful in all activities. Their teaching quality is excellent. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready.

Other: I have chosen this course because in this course there are many opportunities in chemical, pharmaceutical, and other companies. I hope our college should improve our practical work in my course.
