It is worth it. Placements depend on how hard you work. Networks are phenomenal. College is elite.
Placements: From what I have heard, around 60 percent to 85 percent of the batch gets placed depending on the course. The highest package is 18 to 23.5 LPA. The lowest is 2 to 3.5 LPA. The average package is 4 to 7 LPA. Every top company you can name hires from Hansraj. Top roles offered are consulting and analyst positions.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi is a bit weak. The laboratories are god-tier. The classrooms in C Block are phenomenal, while those in A Block are a bit older. The library is phenomenal. The hostel is under renovation right now, so there is no idea about it. Food at the canteen is very good and affordable. Sports facilities are also decent.
Faculty: Teachers and professors are elite at what they do, the curriculum might be a bit irrelevant, but elite societies overshadow that. If you are eager enough, you can get corporate-ready. Exams are moderate, and the pass percentage was 82 percent last year. Everyone here is a well-taught Ph.D. holder and elite at what they do, so you never have to worry about teaching quality ever.
Other: Mathematics Honours is the most rigorous course, so doing that brings a certain aura. I think the inclusion of more subjects beyond Mathematics is what I seek. As for events, you can Google it; Hansraj is a NIRF Rank 3 college.

Great infrastructure and active societies.
Placements: Hansraj provides decent placements in courses like B.Com (Hons) B.A. (Hons) in Economics and other commerce-related courses. The placement cell of our college is very active. Philosophy doesn't offer many placements. Placements are given to commerce-related courses only.
Infrastructure: Hansraj has great infrastructure. Hostel is being renovated but the rest of the campus is beautiful and well-managed. Wi-Fi works efficiently. The ground is in good condition. Canteen serves affordable yet delicious food. Campus is clean and well-managed.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified. Courses are usually relevant. They teach concepts very well, explaining minute details. The course curriculum is relevant, especially for UPSC CSE exams. Semester exams are not that difficult. If someone studies well it is easy to pass exams.
Other: I chose Philosophy because of my interest in reading about thinkers and their thoughts. I wish that the syllabus should be made more relevant to students' lives in our course. Sometimes, the content gets boring. Societies in Hansraj are really active. Fest is also engaging. Scholarships are provided in our college.

A review of Hansraj College.
Placements: About 50% are involved in the research field of Botany in 4 years. A few clear UPSC, and some get into the research stream, Ph.D., and Master's. Many more Ph.D. students are within the college campus only with professors of the Botany department. There are a lot of other options.
Infrastructure: The college has a big ground and an indoor badminton court with AC. The campus is fully AC-provided. Labs have all kinds of instruments and equipment available. The canteen has good food and sitting space for eating, with all varieties of food available.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and encouraging in lab practicals. They provide proper procedures for respective experiments. The curriculum is very relevant and connected with the subject. Exams are very interesting, as most of them are from PYQs. Young gem.
Other: I chose this because I am interested in practical work. It should be more practical than just writing files and theories. Many societies in college conduct many events, like Orja for dance, NCC, and all. The crowd is very awesome.

It is running on the brand and the fame.
Placements: Around 30% of students get placed in the college through the placement cell, mostly in writing-related work in companies like Penguin Books, etc. The median package is around 5 LPA. The highest package is 8 LPA. The companies mostly come to recruit in the consulting sector.
Infrastructure: The college is too bad in terms of infrastructure. The projector does not work. The smart board does not work. The AC does not work half of the time. The desks, hostel, and benches are broken. The Wi-Fi does not work in the college. The food available in the canteen is edible.
Faculty: The college faculty is very knowledgeable and qualified in their roles. They mostly stick to the syllabus and the books. The course curriculum is now irrelevant due to the invention of AI. The students are not being prepared for the industry. Semester examinations are very easy to pass by studying for a few days.
