A good college for students from poor family.

Placements: Placements in our college are average. You have to study hard to get placement because you will have many reappears if you don't stud properly. If you focus on your studies from starting, you will definitely succeed. Companies like TCS visit the college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not much good, but you should not focus on that but your goal. The building is old, that's why it is not much good. Rooms and benches are clean.

Faculty: Teachers are good and very helpful to the students. They co-operate with the students very much, but you also have to respect them. You will easily get notes of the subjects as per your semester. You don't need to worry about that. Teachers are highly qualified and are determined.

Other: The crowd is not much as the students are less in number.

Placements: In my Batch, there are only 50 Students and by analyzing various factors only a Maximum of 5-10 students will be placed at graduation time even off-campus. There aren't any good company visits to our College and If any company visits they offer just 3-4 Lacs Package. Top expected Campus Placement Drive Package Offered -> 3-4 LPA. Internships -> No internship provided at all till you go outside and find of your own.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure -> Wi-Fi Provided with good speed, Library has all sorts of books and magazines, Labs and classes have working AC, No cleanliness at all not even in classrooms or surroundings, No cutting of the grass and looks like a small park with animals, No proper management of the college, No college environment at all. In terms of Hostel Facility -> For girls that's good, at least they celebrate and they are given proper exposure to hostel life with small parties but the food is just a wastage of money like any other hostel. For boys its just a place to sleep and nothing else.

Faculty: Teachers are really great and helpful. They are always ready to help all of you in any circumstances. They will provide you everything whatever they could and give you good guidance. Computers Science teachers are less in number but all of them will give their 100% if you have that passion to study. If you follow teachers you can easily grab a package of 5 LPA.

Other: They even provide you scholarship which is really great and even high in terms of money. You can invest all that money in your Online Courses as in the end, you have to do all of these.

I am not likely to advice anyone to get admission here as I am disappointed.

Placements: 1. 20-30% of students were placed, exact data may vary this is a rough idea 2. 20-27k / month was the salary offered to those who got placed through off-campus drives. 3. As such no company has visited there which I can say is good. 4. The software developer was the top role offered 5. 3-4 lac/annum was the package. 6. I don't know whether internship was offered.

Infrastructure: 1. Facilities were good free Wi-Fi, good labs, classrooms with AC and library is also quite good students almost got books from there which they need but only 4 to 5 books were assigned to 1 account. 2. I don't know exactly about the hostel as I live near the college campus but I heard a lot about food and environment of the hostel which is not good food is not good and hostlers didn't get proper study environment over there.

Faculty: 1. Some of the teachers were good and qualified and yes they also possess good knowledge of their subjects. 2. Well, to be frank none of the activity I noticed there in my 4 years which I think that it can give students that boom to become ready for industry.

Other: 1. interest is the main thing which should be kept in mind before choosing any field and yes I am interested in this course as technology always excites me and that curiosity of knowing how all such things related to technology work. 2. More exposure to practical knowledge and better study plan and topics should be added so that students will learn more. 3. No such events held there, campus crowd is poor, no scholarships, no extracurricular activities.

It is the best engineering college in that particular region.

Placements: The placements for the batch 2017-2018 are excellent. More than 16 companies visited our college, and 45% of the CSE students were placed in the campus placement drive. The TPO plays an important role in the placement process. The students prepared well and got selected in the placements, with the help of TPO. Placements in the years 2017, 2016 and 2015, were also good. Many reputed companies like Tech Mahindra, Snapdeal, Cognizant and some local firms visit the college for placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Haryana Engineering college, Jagadhri is awesome. All the basic facilities like wireless internet and all compulsive labs are available with air conditioning rooms. A big library is available, which provides book bank facilities to the students. The library is free of cost for the students who are economically backward. The medical facilities and sports options are available in the college. The quality of food available in the canteen is average, and the food is eatable. Separate hostels for boys and girls are available with good facilities like bathrooms, air conditioning rooms etc. I didn't face any issues regarding the infrastructure of the college during my tenure at the college.

Faculty: The faculty members of Haryana Engineering college, Jagadhri are excellent, and the teachers were very helpful to the students. They are highly qualified. The students get good results because of them. The quality of teaching is awesome, and they arrange another faculty member for the class if any lecturer is absent. The blackboard is used for teaching and seminars are given by the faculty.

Other: The college organises various fests like Azzaro, every year. Many events were conducted as a part of the fest. The campus environment is very clean, and pollution free, as the college is located in a good location. The college provides the scholarships.

Don't join in Haryana Engineering College, Jagadhri.

Placements: The placement cell available in the college was bad, and it is not even ready to listen to you. The TPO of the college was never available in the college. They will just organise KPO's for you, and there will be no drives as technical, and even if there is a joint campus placement, then they are not ready to help you. There you have to get the placements on your own as they will not help you.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was okay. There is no much of place to sit and study or play games. They always keep tracking you like a child. Even in a library, they didn't allow you to sit and study. Every teacher is behind you as you can't sit here and there, and they always keep on torturing you.

Faculty: The faculty members were good at my time, but now, most of them left the college, and I don't think so that the new faculty members are well-organised. Management faculty members are torturing, and they are not ready to listen to you as they just keep on harassing you, and they are not even ready to listen to your problems. The principal of the college is just the bad person ever.

Other: I suggest you not to go there, and it is just waste of time and money.

I am satisfied with this college because of its different functions and different languages.

Placements: The college has 120 seats in the computer science, out of which 80 students got placed in different software and hardware-based companies with an average degree of 80%. The highest salary offered to a student here is 5.5 lacs per annum and the minimum salary offered was 3.5 lacs per annum. This college also held a joint placement session every year, where different companies like Accenture, Oracle, Indo MIM, Atlas Copco limited and many such companies recruit engineers.

Infrastructure: The college is fully Wi-Fi enabled with well-maintained labs for each branch. This college also got well-updated books in its library. Also, many events are conducted to enhance students in other co-curricular activities. This college also has got its festival which is conducted here for every 5 years. The college has its hostel and mess for the hostel students. The canteen is also available with north Indian cuisine.

Faculty: The faculty members here are good, well-experienced and are having an average experience of 7-8 years. Their teaching method consists of time to time lecture with the best schedule and with the best interactive classes along with practicals for every week. Each branch here has 11-12 faculty members with B.Tech qualification.

Other: Here there is the best campus placement, and hence it will adjust for some or the other, different users.

Satisfied with the college campus and staff, and I got placed in a good company.

Placements: The placement is good in our college. A large number of students got placed in MNC's like Libsys, Tech Mahindra, HCL, Citrix, Infosys, Accenture, etc. From my batch, almost everyone got placed in good companies. Usually, the salary varies from 3 LPA to 7 LPA. The companies are usually higher as an associate software engineer, junior consultant, software engineer or depending upon their requirement. There is a placement cell, which is well-maintained to help the students, who did not get placed.

Infrastructure: The good infrastructure has been provided to students which helps the students in their career growth. The classrooms and labs are fully air-conditioned. Also, there is one big library which provides books to students to help them in their education. One confectionery and canteen is available, which provide snacks, sweets, and other foodstuffs from 9 am - 6 pm. The labs are well-equipped. The various kind of events held like sports meet, annual function, etc. There is also a facility of hostel for both boys and girls. The hostel rooms are well-equipped with good furniture.

Faculty: The staff members are highly educated and helpful. The teachers provide proper notes and PPT to students for better understanding of topics. Projector classes are also available for some subjects. The lab teachers are also good and help in practicals. The teaching quality is also good, and it depends on students also and their understanding. The courses provided are B.Tech in various branches such as computers, mechanical, civil, electrical, electronics, M.Tech, and MBA.

Other: The Wi-Fi connectivity has been provided in labs and campus also. The scholarship has been provided to the students, and that depends on how you score in an exam. The annual function held once in a year, also with that sports meet, Diwali celebration, fresher's party to welcome the newcomers and farewell party are held.

A temple of knowledge with some pros and cons.

Placements: The hiring is done in good numbers, and the college invites many companies to campus and also takes away for off-campus drives. I got placed in 2 companies. Out of 100 persons at least 60 get placed in different companies with a very good package. The highest salary was 20 lacs per annum, and the lowest was 2.4 lacs per annum.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good with a small playground, labs are good, but classrooms need to be more well-maintained. Sports events are held in the college, and there is a lack of proper training in the sports field. Medical facilities is the field where more concern can be shown from college and progress in the field of betterment. Food is an average one in the canteen as there is only one, but is still eatable.

Faculty: The teaching staff is good, and the college has both experienced people and youth which tells us to grab things more efficiently and with deeper knowledge. Lectures were delivered via presentation also and by other means too. Teaching pattern helped a lot in grooming the career.

Other: There is a fest held every year named Azzaro, and different colleges also take part in it and the night is a must watch. The students from poor family are taken into consideration during fees, and also, scholarships are provided based on talent. Sports quota is also provided to the students.
