Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) - Batch of 2026

Good placement support, helpful faculty members but limited events.
Placements: At SRHU, 60-80% of HSMS students got jobs. The highest package is 25 LPA to 36 LPA, the lowest is around 4 LPA, and average is 4 LPA to 6 LPA. Recruiters include TCS, Deloitte, Mahindra, and Grant Thornton. 50-70% of students secured internships via the university. Top role offered is assistant manager.
Infrastructure: Our department has smart classrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, a well-stocked library, and computer labs. Hostels are clean with 24X7 electricity, Wi-Fi, and laundry. Mess food is decent and hygienic. Campus has good sports facilities and on-site medical care.
Faculty: Faculty members are qualified, supportive, and approachable. The teaching quality is good with a focus on practical learning. Curriculum is industry-relevant and updated regularly. Semester exams are moderately difficult with a high pass rate of around 90-95%.
Other: I got to know about SRHU through a family friend. I chose BBA as I am interested in management and marketing. Faculty members and placements are good, but the curriculum can be updated. Fests are limited, but the campus is peaceful with helpful staff and decent extracurricular.

Everything is good at Swami Rama Himalayan University, but placements are okay.
Placements: I pursued my BBA course, and the placement scenarios of our batch encouraged around 30-40% of students placed successfully through campus recruiting drives. The college has an active placement cell, that regularly organizes pre-placement programs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for my course and hostel has been well developed and maintained, providing a conducive environment for both academic and personal growth and development. The classrooms are almost good and equipped with smart boards and projectors.
Faculty: The faculty members of my course are very supportive and caring, qualified, and well-versed in their respective fields. Most professors hold advanced degrees and significant teaching or industry experience. They are approachable and encourage interactive discussions.
Other: The college offers reasonable fees, the campus is near the mountains, and enjoyable places like parks and nature. It is located near the airport and railway station.

Our college is very good and famous because of the education we receive here.
Placements: Sixty percent of students were placed in our course, with a monthly salary of approximately thirty thousand. I don't know the highest packages or the top recruiting companies for our course, but over 70 percent of students got internships. I also don't know the top roles offered in our course.
Infrastructure: We have good facilities in our college, and I’m not living in the hostel. We get good and fresh food in the canteen, and the medical facilities are great. We have all the necessary amenities in our college, including a good playground and sports facilities, which is totally worth it.
Faculty: All teachers are knowledgeable and have good behavior; they treat us like their own children and engage with all students. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant and prepares students for the industry. Semester exams in our college are not too hard, and the passing percentage is 50 percent.
Other: I chose this course for the good business skills. Events are nice, the campus is good, and it is moderately crowded.

Review of Himalayan School of Management Studies.
Placements: Top recruiting companies like Reliance, Interra Solutions, etc., visit our college for internships, and the average stipend is between Rs 15,000 to Rs 30,000 per month. Some startups also approach students for internships. Overall, the experience was great, and I am satisfied with this college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. It also provides a library, and several books are available. Wi-Fi, gym, sports, and cafeteria facilities are available. Games and sports are also available.
Faculty: Our teachers are good. They are well-qualified, and they also support students. Our course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not tough.
Other: Our college should develop managerial skills & this course takes students through the core areas of management, including marketing, sales, strategy management, etc., along with key areas such as finance and economics. Extra curriculum activities are also organized at our college.

The infrastructure is quite fine. Surroundings are good. The campus is not good without cameras.
Placements: More than 50% of students were placed from our course. The highest salary package offered was 2 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies here were EY, KMPG, PwC and Deloitte.
Infrastructure: I have been very happy and comfortable almost from the beginning I joined here. HSMS is like a second home, where there is a very suitable canteen. The food served here is quite well and fresh for students. Libraries were a little congested where we were not much comfortable. However, the infrastructure was good, and hostel facilities were good as well.
Faculty: Teachers here were well educated as well as were supportive and helpful. The curriculum was quite good, and new edition books were also very helpful. But the industry-oriented facility is not very appreciable, and they are below our expectations. The curriculum was up to the mark, and students got good marks.
Other: I have chosen this course because my stream was commerce. I have already decided to join the post of an accountant or something related to that. I want more better companies to visit this college. Campus surroundings are good, but there are no cameras in the classrooms, which is risky.

From my experience, I don't recommend others to take admission in this college.
Placements: Don't believe in what the management says and what they show in brochures and the site. Although they mention 100% placements, this college is only known for its medical studies. If you want to take admission for any other stream, please be sure of your decision. Faculty members are good, but in terms of students' skills and personality development, they fail. Placements are for present only for a namesake, and no companies come here, especially for management. Only some small insurance companies and BPOs come with the least packages.
Infrastructure: Compared to the universities which have a fee in lacs, this college doesn't stand in line. Wi-Fi is available, but students are not allowed to use it. The library is good, but the librarian always has a problem with students. He'll make you leave. The canteen is poor. Sports are poor. The college has its own hospital, and so medical facilities are available.
Faculty: The faculty members are good with students, quite educated and helpful. The exam pattern is good. This college doesn't allow you to be liberal, and there are tons of restrictions. This college is more like a school, and you always feel like you stepped into another school. No tours are organised. There are no mega college events.

The infrastructure and facilities are good.
Placements: The college provides about 87% placements. BBA students are placed with the lowest salary package of 2 lacs per annum and the highest package of 3.5 lacs per annum. Companies offer placements in HR, finance and marketing domains. Our recruiters are Concentrix, Ozone Overseas, Amazon.com, Axis Bank, Talent 4 Assure, Jaro Education, Academia Guru, British Telecom, Kodak Bank, Imperia Structures, Bandhan Bank, Nivesh.Com etc. About 14 to 15 companies conduct individual and pool campus drives in our college. They offer entry-level jobs to students. The internship rate is 100%. Students have to find internships on their own. The stipend is provided as per the norms of the organisation. It is not mandatory for every organisation to provide the stipend. A placement cell is available in our university and students are free to talk to them to get any information.
Infrastructure: Free Wi-Fi facility is available in our college. The library is digitised and has all the books in good numbers for all the students. Computer labs have 300 computers for students, and they can be availed anytime. Inter-college sports are conducted from time to time. In extracurricular activities, Foundation Day is celebrated for 3 days. It is a great opportunity for students to show their talent. The canteen provides good and hygienic food. Hostel facilities are available at very reasonable prices. Medical facilities are provided by the college.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and cooperative. All the teachers have good qualifications. Teaching quality is perfect. Smart classes are available. We got industry exposure. All the teachers are very knowledgeable and dedicated to their respective subjects.
Other: Campus crowd is about 400 students. The mobile network is good. Scholarships are provided to the students based on their merit.

Overall, it's a wonderful experience being here. Everything is perfect, so go for it.
Placements: Placements for the students of management are really nice. Our seniors got placed in some of the best start-ups and national companies. The placement department conducts proper mock interviews. Even Amazon and IBM India are some of the recruiters over here. Internship opportunities are quite nice; students can pursue internships at nearby locations and NCR too.
Infrastructure: The campus is huge and well-equipped with all the facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, projector classrooms, etc. Medical facilities are the best as the hospital is in the centre of the university. Sports facilities are great as the university has huge ground, basketball courts and lawn tennis. Proper league matches are held between all the colleges within the university. I can rate the infrastructure of college 10 out of 10.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable, especially the ones who are teaching postgraduate students. Apart from the regular syllabus, all extra topics are also covered. The college also conducts industry visits to profit-generating government institutions like ONGC. The course curriculum is updated according to industry requirements.
Other: Our college organises an annual day function in March every year. Many small events are also conducted. Extracurricular activities are conducted from time to time for students. The campus is lush-green and proper cleanliness is promoted on the campus. Students with good academic scores are offered scholarships.
