It is the best college with the best view of the city, teachers, and placement records.

Placements: Himalayan Institute of Technology places approximately 70% to 75% of its students at big companies like Amazon, PayPal, and Google. The highest package range is about 20 LPA, and the minimum is 5 LPA. It is also a central government-affiliated institution (HNBGU). Almost 70% of students got internships depending on their capabilities. My course offers jobs in various sectors like HR, finance, and marketing.

Infrastructure: For our course, there are many facilities available like clean and big classrooms with CCTV surveillance, a computer with a huge library, and a good sitting area. Hostel also has good facilities, such as private rooms and good mess food 3 times a day with a changing menu. Medical staff is available 24/7. Sports and games are also available in every stream.

Faculty: The teachers are top professors, many of them are Ph.D. level with great knowledge, skill, and experience. The teachers are very friendly, which makes the teaching experience even better. The teachers use real-life examples, which makes learning even more fun. The course also offers an industrial visit. The semester exams are a bit difficult, but the notes and the guidance provided by our teachers help us to clear them with ease.

Other: I chose the BBA course because it's a professional degree and it offers very realistic jobs. Pursuing an MBA after a BBA is best. The campus is located far from the city, which gives it a calm vibe that helps us concentrate more. The fest is top-notch. Many famous artists are invited to perform for the students. Every festival is celebrated very nicely. The college also has a student club, which allows each student to showcase the skills they are good at.

Why choose HIT, Dehradun?

Placements: We have a total of 55 students present in our course. Almost 35 students were placed in many companies. I don’t know about the packages yet but they are placed in well reputed companies. The packages provided in our college are approximately around 3-4 Lacs and the highest can go upto 15 Lacs.

Infrastructure: The campus of our college is very beautiful. The location is very good and the students won't face any problems. The classrooms of our class are very good with nice seating arrangements. There are different types of clubs.

Faculty: The teachers of our course are very well experienced and have good knowledge in their fields. The exams conducted in our college are not tough. Basically there are 2 sessional exams in our course, one internal and one semester end exams which are called external exams.

Other: I chose this course because I have a deep interest in business. The best thing about our course is that it enhances our skills.

I am satisfied with its faculty members.

Placements: Around 97% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 6 LPA. Infosys and Collaboration are the top recruiting companies. The top roles offered are financial analyst, marketing head, and HR manager.

Infrastructure: In this college, Wi-Fi for the students has been set up which connects after entering student ID. Students are provided with a library card, and they can issue books free of cost. The classrooms are big. The mess of hostel offers a variety of food, and the taste is good. The canteen is average but it is reasonable. Sports and games are developing slowly in this college.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and they are always ready to help students. They also conduct regular visits to companies, and the PDP sessions make students industry-ready. Exams are difficult for those who do not study. If students focus on their studies then exams are not hard.

Other: I chose this course, because it was my dream to get into the corporate world and BBA is the best course for it. In this college, improvement is not required. This college is online from the previous year, but events like Suresh are conducted.

It is the best college for management courses.

Placements: 95% of students got placed. The highest package offered for UG students was 10 LPA, and the lowest package was 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies are BYJU's, TCS, Infosys, Collabera etc. Almost all the students got selected for internships with the aforementioned companies. HR manager, accountant and GST intern roles are offered.

Infrastructure: Everything is fine according to our needs. The teachers are very supportive. The infrastructure is still being developed and is already up to the mark. Food items include south Indian dishes, Chinese etc. The staff here in the hostel are very good and supportive as well.

Faculty: The teaching quality of our teachers is unmatched. They can clear our doubts from anywhere they are. They are very supportive and helpful. Students work on various projects and events that help us learn management. I don't know about the exact numbers, but the exams that we appear for are not very hard.

The infrastructure and faculty members are not that great here.

Placements: In this college, placements are not so good, and placements are not for all students. Students who score well will get selected the campus placement.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not so good compared to other colleges. But the college environment is so good. Everything is beautifully designed. Our college is so attractive for outside too. Our college services are also good.

Faculty: Faculty members are limited, and there are very few teachers on our campus. Every semester has many tests and exams. Sessional exams are held with internal and external held in the college. Exams are not that tough and can be written even after not reading. Faculty members are good, but not everyone is cooperative in this college.

Other: If you do not want to study and your father has enough money to waste in this college, then you can take admission as per your requirement.
