The crowd is worse, the area is worse, and the route to the college is worse.
Placements: Placements are very poor. There are very limited companies that come for placement, and those companies only give a 2 LPA to 3 LPA package, and to a maximum of 7 LPA. The top students and most students have to go for off-campus placement, as there are limited opportunities.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility provided by the college. If a student needs hostel facility, they have to take a PG or a private room, and the infrastructure of the course is not good, there are not even air-conditioned classrooms or labs, and the lab infrastructure, like chairs and desks, is almost broken or in very poor condition.
Faculty: The faculty here at my college is quite decent. They do complete the syllabus on time and are quite friendly with the students and are available if any student needs them. There are 8 semesters in my course B.Tech, Computer Science, and in every semester there are 2 mid-semester and one final end-semester, and all the papers are conducted by GGSIPU.

Overall, the average college student has more doubts.
Placements: I am currently in my 2nd year, but the average package of college is around 4 LPA-5 LPA, and the highest is 11 LPA-12 LPA. I don't expect placement from this college. Try for an off-campus placement internship. Try to get on your own. Very few companies come to college in the first year. Build your skills onward in the 1st year, don't depend on college for placement and internship.
Infrastructure: Not good infrastructure, they specified that classes are fully air conditioned, but only computer labs have AC, which sometimes is not, and computers also sometimes do not. Aside from that, the campus is small and in a very remote area, with no transportation or metro available. One good thing about infrastructure is that there is life in college. The last thing there is also a library, which is good, and we spend 90% of our free time in the canteen as no other option is left due to the location.
Faculty: The faculty is good. Exams are conducted promptly, mid-semester. The course curriculum is easy, like every college, which seems to be outdated, but this is the reality of every college. Teachers are good and 2 mid-semester exams are conducted every semester. You can easily get more than 8 CGPA if you score well in mid semester, submit assignments on time, and be active in class.
Other: Fests are conducted annually. College life is average since the college is located in a remote area, so you cannot roam here and there in your free time. No society is actively working in college. Connectivity is poor and the nearest metro is the Jahangirpuri Metro Station.

Our college has no extra campus life, but it is best to gain knowledge.
Placements: Our college placement is 100 percent in computer Science and in electrical. It was like about 80-85 percentage and also same for IT, AIML, and mechanical. Our top recruiting companies are Infosys, Tata, Wipro and Big five companies like Amazon, Samsung, etc. Top roles offered were software development and AIML Cloud Engineers. The highest package served was around 30 LPA, and median was around 3.5-4 LPA. Actually, there are a few companies to get into, but the chances of getting placed are high. About 50 percent of students get hired in 3rd year for their first internship.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not too good. It is normal but some areas like labs, Wi-Fi and classrooms are well-maintained and library is good, not too excellent. Our college does not provide any hostel, but the canteen is good and also medical facilities are available from start to end of our college time. Sports and games are well, but for playing, the area is so small. Our college teams also compete with many teams of other colleges as well.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. They have basically both types of teachers who are old and new. They have both teaching styles like new AI system or old for eg old technologies which are helpful in interviews. We also have a placement cell which is helpful in our interview time and with this reason they make us industry-ready. and the difficult in semester exam is quite easy. We have supporting teachers, so we have no issues while facing the problems. Faculty members are good, supporting and helping for our exams.
Other: I chose the course because I want to become a software engineer. Also the best thing about it is that it has low competition and high-paying jobs. If they make campus attractive, like planting more trees around, AC rooms in canteen will be really helpful for students . Events and fests are too many, so they are very nice.

There's a placement cell in the college, but it failed in inviting companies to campus or inviting companies that offer decent salary packages.

Good college one can be admitted to study for B.Teach, labs are nice.
Placements: HMRITM is a good college in Delhi, where about 85% of students get placed every year. The highest package is 42 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average is 5-6 LPA in our course. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and many startups also come for recruiting; software development and data science are the most in-demand fields.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in every lab and teachers' rooms. The labs are good, and the computer lab is air-conditioned. Each lab has 2-3 AC units, and there are about 10 computer labs. The library is well-stocked with books relevant to semester exams and other skills. The food in college is good, and there are sports days and games as well.
Faculty: The faculty is overall good and comprised of experienced teachers. Semester exams are moderate; some subjects are difficult while others are easier. The passing percentage is 40% at the end semester; you need around 10 marks in the external exam, and teachers typically give around 30-35 marks in internal assessments, making it relatively easy to pass.
Other: I chose B.Tech so I can gain technical knowledge.

I am very happy to give you a review and provide information to others.
Placements: The percentage of students is very low because it comes under 3 tier college of IPU. The highest package is 20 LPA off-campus, and the lowest salary is 3 LPA. The average salary is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies in our course are TCS Digital and Infosys. The percentage of students got internship is not given.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at this college is small. But we have Wi-Fi. Classrooms have AC and library is neat and clean. The canteen is also nice. The sports are there at this college.
Faculty: Teacher are very helpful. They understand all student's problems and are qualified. The semester exams are conducted by GGSIPU which sets a moderate level of papers so that every student can pass. I don't know the percentage of pass students in every semester. Faculty members are very nice. They are very supportive during the internal marks or placements.
Other: I chose this course because I am very interested in studying computer science language. The events are good. Campus surroundings are not so good because it is very far from the house.

Four wasteful years at HMR.
Placements: My batch is 2023, and we are a class of 60 students. From what I have seen of my college, they don’t bring many companies for placements. If you want to get a placement, your CGPA must most likely be higher than 9. Only then do you have a chance of getting placed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very poor. Classes are okayish, but labs have malfunctioning computers, which makes it difficult to work on them. The library is also very small. There is no AC facility for students, it is only available for faculty members in their cabins and offices.
Faculty: Faculty members are very biased. They give marks based on favoritism. They are very slow in completing the syllabus. They give assignments and schedule midterms in the same week, making it tough for students to cope. Some of faculty members are even very rude towards students.
Other: The crowd is also very bad. Even faculty treats you like school children. They don’t even let you sit on the ground after the break. Sports can’t be played before 1:30 pm.

Overall, the college is average if you are not getting a college in Delhi.
Placements: Around 60-70 percent of students are placed in this college. The highest package is around 36 LPA, the average is 5-6 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. Companies like Intel, IBM, and TCS recruit from here. 30-40% of students get internships. This college is strict with the attendance policy, so you can learn new skills and ace the placement.
Infrastructure: The campus is small, but everything is available, such as a medical room, canteen with decent quality food, parking, clean drinking water, and supportive faculty. In the library, there is Wi-Fi, and all books are available. There are also sports facilities.
Faculty: All teachers are Ph.D. graduates. They have good experience and knowledge of their particular subjects. Exams are average level, and if you study on the last day, you can still score good marks. If you want to study for any competitive exam, you can study for that exam in parallel as well.
Other: CSE as the legacy continues. College fests are average, and there are scholarships and other hackathons that often happen.

The last option for the students.
Placements: About 50% of students are placed in Computer Science and Engineering. The highest package offered is around 12 LPA, and the lowest package offered to students is 3.5 LPA. The top companies are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and others who recruit from the college. About 75% of students got internships in their third and fourth years at companies like Osram India Pvt., cooperative banks, etc. Roles like junior developer and assistant are mainly offered.
Infrastructure: The campus isn't well-equipped with modern amenities, with no Wi-Fi connection provided to the students and poor network signal all over the campus. The infrastructure is not on par with top-tier institutions in India. More improvement can be done on the overall aesthetic, and provide more advanced facilities, a clean environment, and green space.
Faculty: The Professors and the faculty members are qualified and helpful to students in their careers. The majority of teachers co-operate with students. Overall, the faculty at HMRITM is good, with many of them being experienced and knowledgeable. Some teachers are really approachable and help the students, while others can be a bit distant, but there is room for improvement. The course curriculum is passed by the university (GGSIPU) for all the affiliated colleges. This curriculum is made by the top professors and alumni of the university, which prepares students for real-life problems. The semester exams are not tough.
Other: I took admission in this college through IPU counseling. I chose this course because of its popularity and demand in the Indian market. The thing I would like to improve about my course is real-world experiments. The campus crowd is average and the campus is surrounded by agricultural land. A fest has just been held in the college.

Yes, there is process of spot counselling in which you have to submit documents and some amount of fees on the spot and choose the college. There are many colleges with vacant seats.
