Absolutely the worst college, but hill in case you want the benefits.
Placements: TCS offers placements every year. They do mass hiring at 3-4 LPA and release them every six months, so it's pretty bad. You have to be in the top 3% to be able to generate a nice package, and it's pretty bad here for normal/ordinary people. You just get a degree for the sake of it.
Infrastructure: It's really bad. We have everything: library, ground, classrooms (of course), but of the lowest quality. The location is so remote that not even Zepto or Blinkit works there. You need to change so many buses and take so many cars to get there. The location is pretty bad, and the college is inside a village near Bakauli.
Faculty: Teachers are nice. They don't bother you much. They also know it's a bad college, and they are here to get experience, as most teachers are interns to get some experience. The course is the same as the GGSIPU main campus. The only benefit from this college is that you get a degree without the name of the college and just the University GGSIPU, which is more useful.
Other: I'm pursuing B.Tech in Information Technology, and I just do it for the degree. Honestly, I really don't care about the college and about improvement. Everything needs improvement: classes, infrastructure, campus, canteen, ground, etc. Fests are pretty bad, the last time someone came here was Addy Nagar, and before that, Bohemia, one time.

Good placements in 2024. Around 75% of students got placed.
Placements: In the last year, 71.25% of total students were placed, with the highest package being 38 LPA (Amazon) and the average package around 4-5 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Infosys, Wipro, Tata, TCS, Rubicon, and KPMG SDE-Intern. The top roles offered are associate engineer, web developer, and full-stack developer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite old, and there are non-AC classrooms, but the labs are air-conditioned and the library is decent. Hostel facilities are not available. The food quality in the mess is good. There are dedicated rooms for boys and girls for indoor games, as well as football, basketball, and cricket grounds. Medical rooms are available.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and skilled. Their teaching style is also quite engaging. As we all know, CSE and IT are booming. There are many other branches as well, such as cybersecurity, AID, and AIML. Semester exams are not too difficult; even if you're an average student, you can pass them with good marks.
Other: Many events and fests are held in our college.

Reality of my college: The untold truth.
Placements: At least 30% of students in our college get placed, and the maximum is 50%. The minimum package is 3 LPA and the maximum package is 12 LPA. In my college, the most famous companies that visit are TCS and Infosys. There is no such program for getting an internship in college, and no companies recruit interns. If you want an internship from the college, you would have to pay an extra Rs. 6,000 apart from your fees.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is provided only in the labs, but students do not have access to it. Also, most lab computers do not have internet and are performed offline on the terminals of the computer. There is no hostel for our college. there is a doctor available 24/7, along with a medical room. There are many sports and games such as cricket, volleyball, badminton, and chess. Also, we have a sports day for the competition of various sports.
Faculty: A few of the teachers are very experienced and have a great knowledge of their subject. Their teaching quality is amazing and they are very approachable. Many teachers are new and are not experienced. The course curriculum is relevant, but it does not make students industry-ready. ATIT also has many cons. The difficulty level of semester exams is below average, and I guess 75% of students clear these exams. The passing percentage is 40% out of 100%. There are a few practical subjects, such as Applied Mathematics and Electrical Science.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to become a software engineer. The best thing about my course is that it is a professional course and I don't necessarily need to study further to land a job. Also, I wish my course focused more on a single language from the first to the last year, as this would make a student an expert in that subject. I also wish that my course had more of a practical syllabus than a theoretical one. Many events and fests are conducted by other colleges of the same university, but there are no personal college events or fests.

Only management or sales companies visit our college for placements, which is quite bad for a technical college.

A good college in a great environment.
Placements: There is a good placements rate in this college as I found during my college period. The highest salary package offered is 30 LPA and the average salary package offered ranges from 3.5 LPA-4 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Amazon, TCS and many others. Placements are done according the skills students have.
Infrastructure: This college has well-arranged labs for each subject, such as Java lab, machine learning lab, object-oriented programming lab, physics lab, chemistry lab and other labs for mechanical and electrical courses. But, this college doesn't have a hostel but one can easily find PG accommodations near the college.
Faculty: Many teachers are helpful in this college. Teachers are well-qualified have good knowledge of the courses they teach and possess great teaching quality. All courses taught here are curriculum-relevant and prepare students to work in the industry.

Just join for an IPU degree, not okay with campus surroundings and no campus life.
Placements: Approximately 50% of students got placed. Another 20% of students got jobs by applying off-campus. The highest salary package offered is 21 LPA. It is according to the college record. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. As far as I know, TCS hires most of the students in our college. Third year hardly anyone got any internship but in the 4th year, students get internships in startups or TCS. Our course is IT, so the role offered is a software engineer.
Infrastructure: There are no hostel facilities. Our college is very far from the main city. It is the hardest to reach. The area is not good around so students can't stay there till late. It's a village practically and highway transport takes most of the time approximately 2 hours daily. It also depends on buses and traffic. The location is the worst. I belong to Bihar and came to Delhi for college, and due to no hostel availability, I have to take a PG. It is 1.5 KM from the college because it is only a decent place to live. The uncle keeps changing sometimes. The canteen food is sometimes good and sometimes bad. There is no constant. There is a medical room and one doctor is always present so that's good somehow but don't expect fancy treatment. They provide treatments like Advil and Pudin Hara. For sports and games, students have and bring their equipment to play and find players. They have to do everything on their own. They don't provide a Wi-Fi password. In labs, computers don't work. The library is just for a show but students can borrow academic books.
Faculty: Teachers are good but mostly are freshers. They leave after a semester because they find new jobs. There are no constant teachers. Our college works according to the GGSIP curriculum so it doesn't make anyone industry-ready. Students have to do it by themselves. Semester exams are easy to medium and sometimes difficult. The passing percentage is 7 CGPA.
Other: I thought about its difference from CS. It keeps on improving working on both hardware and software of the system. Adding some more courses would be better. There are no fests, the campus crowd, and connectivity. The campus surroundings are not good.

Great faculty and exam structure but you have to compromise with the infrastructure.
Placements: In my branch, placement is average and the starting package is around 3.5 LPA and most of the students get placed, but you have to maintain at least 7.5 CGPA. The highest package is 35 LPA and the lowest package is 2 LPA. Students can start as an intern in different companies for a start and gain work experience for better jobs.
Infrastructure: Our institute is around 4 acres in area, including education building grounds and a canteen. Provide many facilities, such as a wide range of books for studying in the library and Wi-Fi to access the e-library. The food in the canteen is excellent, and there is a wide selection to choose from. They provide sports facilities such as volleyball, football, table tennis, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and friendly and each of them is qualified and knowledgeable. Lectures are held according to a timetable starting from 9 am to 4 p.m., with 2 breaks in between. Yes, this course curriculum is relevant and does make the students industry ready but students still have to improve their skills on their own.

College only for fun and scums.
Placements: Not good for placement; don't come with the mindset that you will get on-campus placement here; on-campus placement is really rare over here; it was good before COVID, but after COVID, it became really bad. Hardly 2–3 companies come throughout the year.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not so good and not so bad and you will not get nearby shops and venders to eat at; you will only get 2 cafes nearby, but at quite higher prices because there are no other shops near by. On top of that, the nearest metro is also 12 km away, i.e., Jahangirpuri.
Faculty: Faculty change every semester; the faculty itself is really fed up with the college; they don't like to stay here because of the salary issues; hence, new faculty are being recruited every semester. So the faculty sometimes comes across as really good but sometimes they are really bad.
Other: Yes, you will have a good campus life.

Satisfied infrastructure and clean campus.
Placements: Almost all the students were placed in every course. The highest package offered by the college is INR 35 lacs, the lowest package offered by the college is INR 4 lacs, and the average package offered by the college is INR 6 lacs. The top recruiting companies are Wipro and Amazon. Data entry specialists are the major roles offered.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided by the college include sports facilities such as indoor and outdoor, lab facilities, a variety of books provided in the library, a clean campus, no hostel is provided by the college, a canteen facility that is extremely good with a variety of food, including Chinese, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They were active every time there was a problem faced by students. All are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and have the highest problem-solving capacity. All the students are industry-ready, and the semester is average, not hard or easy.
