Our college is very good.

Placements: Almost 80% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The average salary package offered is 2 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are ITC, JSW, etc. A few companies visit our college to recruit students. They offer good salary packages. The top role offered is a chemical engineer.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides good facilities. The hostel facilities are good. The food served in the hostel is good.

Faculty: Our teachers are helpful. They help us in all possible ways. The course curriculum makes students industry-ready. Our teacher teaches us how to control machines. Exams are not difficult. Almost 90% of students pass exams.

Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in it, and I wanted to become a chemical engineer. Everything is good in our college.

Overall, this college is very good, and the faculty members are excellent.

Placements: In 2021, due to the pandemic, a few core companies like Inox Air Products, JSW, Macleod Pharmaceutical Ltd., and non-core companies like Capgemini came here. You can also get an apprenticeship (1 year) opportunity from our campus. After Diploma, you will get updates on various job openings available in our college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is really good. You can enjoy various festivals held on our campus. The library is really good, and almost all the departmental books are available at our time. The hostel facilities are good. Student hostels are located inside our campus boundaries.

Faculty: The professors are really good and very helpful. You will enjoy the learning process, and the professors like Debojyoti Chakraborty sir, BS ma'am, and BKL ma'am are very helpful and experienced, so if you want to learn about chemical engineering, it is one of the finest faculty in West Bengal.

Other: After Diploma, you can pursue B.E via JELET, or you can do a job or follow your passion.

The college is very good. You can apply to this college for good knowledge.

Placements: Approximately 80% of students are placed in our course. The highest salary package is 3.5 LPA, the lowest is 1.5 LPA, and the average is 2 LPA. The top recruiters are Himadri Chemical, Barger Paint, Haldia Petrochemicals Limited, and Indian Oil Corporation. About 90% of students got internships from our course at Barger and Himadri. You can do research and join any chemical industry.

Infrastructure: We have chemical, mechanical, electrical, and civil labs. We also have a library for needy students. We have good classrooms. We have a boys' hostel. There is no ladies' hostel. The mess and canteen are good for our health. We have all the games, and we conduct sports events in our college.

Faculty: All the teachers are qualified, and the teaching quality is good. The curriculum makes students industry-ready. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams, as per our board, are not very difficult. There is a pass percentage of 35%.

Other: I chose chemical engineering because I like chemistry. I wish nothing could change our course. Events like fests, alumni, etc., are good. The campus is small but good.

Our college is very good for diploma.

Placements: Around 90% of students were placed. The highest salary package is Rs.5000 per month. HPL and many pharmacist companies are recruiting. Around 35% of students got an internship in Berger paints. It is the chemical basis course so many chemicals are ready for use in our present day.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available all the time. Our labs and classrooms are very clean. Many basic instruments are available in our labs. Teachers also help us to experiment in labs. Hostel is too good and the food is very well and tasty. Our college also has a medical facility.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, very qualified, and understand the students clearly. They make students ready for the job. Semester exams are difficult. The pass percentage is 75%.

Other: The course is very rare. In West Bengal, only three colleges have this course. It also helps us to create a beautiful life in the future. College organises sports for entertainment.

Our college is very good in all aspects.

Placements: Many students had been placed in companies. The campus was good, and many companies come like JSW Steel, Carbon Pvt Ltd, etc. The highest salary package offered ranges from 2 LPA - 3 LPA. The average salary package offered varies between 1 LPA - 2 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was acceptable in the amount students paid. The hostel facility in this college was average, because of hostel friends who were always open to students. The canteen was providing a good food menu according to days. Overall hostels facilities were good.

Faculty: It depends upon a course by course in this college where students get well-qualified teachers. Teachers were very helpful and their way of teaching was very good and described. The curriculum did not make student industry ready as this was a basic course.

Absolutely satisfied because of the faculty and good placements, and it is the best college.

Placements: From our department, 80% of students got placed in various sectors. The highest package offered was 2 LPA, and the lowest package was 90,000-96,000. Some recruiting companies are Capgemini, Ola Electric, Himadri, East India Pharmaceutical etc. 10% of students got internships in Berger Paints, IOCL etc.

Infrastructure: The campus is well designed, keeping in mind the overall development of students. The classrooms and labs are well-equipped with boards and projectors with a good environment for learning. There is a big playground for playing various games. The food quality is very good here. The hostel accommodation is also the best. Free Wi-Fi is available for all students. Our college library has a huge collection of books.

Faculty: In our chemical engineering department, every teacher is highly qualified, and they have such an amazing teaching experience. Chemical engineering is a very interesting course, and in maximum industries, they need chemical engineers for different processes in production. Semester exams are not much difficult, and everything is from our syllabus only. We can crack the semester exams successfully because all our teachers give us good suggestions before exams to help us with our studies. The pass percentage is 98%.

Other: Chemical engineering is one of the best courses. After Diploma, if you want to get a job easily in various industries, I will suggest this course. In our college, fresher's welcome party, annual fest, annual sports, and science exhibition are organized by our students every year. There are scholarship facilities in our college for poor and merit students.

It is the best college in my life.

Placements: I give a 4-star rating because chemical, mechanical, and electrical students were placed. But the placements of the civil department were poor. In this college, there were many companies visited like ITC, Jindal, Capgemini, Maclados, Himadri Petrochemical, and many more. Maximum number of students were placed. The average salary package offered was 2 LPA - 2.5 LPA.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure was old. But the lab was good and the classroom was decent. The hostel was decent and there were 3 or 4 sharing rooms. In the mess, the food quality was decent. On campus, cricket, badminton, carrom, and many sports facilities were available.

Faculty: In our college, faculty members were good. They were very helpful and the teachers were also helpful. Faculty members of our college guided us during exams which were the best. This course has 6 semesters and 12 internal exams for 3 years. Exam difficulty is medium. An average CGPA of 6 is decent for placements and a maximum of students crossed 6 CGPA.

Other: All scholarships were available in our college. The college fee and the semester fee were low. It was also excellent. Cultural programs were conducted in our college thrice annually.

I am satisfied with the college because of the good faculty and placements in 2020 and 2021.

Placements: We are the 2nd year batch, but we heard that about 70% of the students got placed. Along with Haldia Petrochemicals Limited, Philips carbon, Matrix, Berger, and many more multi-national companies gave jobs to students. We get jobs in oil refineries, chemical labs, fertilizer industry, etc.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure in our college are very good. Classrooms and Library are fully maintained. Hostels are in good condition and a college canteen is available. The quality of food served is quite good and sports activities are also arranged in our college.

Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful and highly qualified. They are very knowledgeable and helpful to students. Semester exams are very good. If you study you get good marks otherwise you will fail. A minimum 50% is the criteria to get passed.
