IBS Gurgaon: Admission 2026, Courses, Fees, Placement, Ranking

Students can either apply online or offline at IBS Gurgaon. The online application process at IBS Gurgaon is given here:

1. Open the ICFAI Gurgaon admissions page.
2. Register and account or log in.
3. Verify and fill out the application form.
4. Pay the application fee of INR 1,800 and submit.

IBSAT entrance test for IBS Gurgaon testing verbal ability, reading comprehension, quantitative aptitude, and data interpretation. Difficulty is medium relative to other MBA entrance exams. Sufficient preparation can assist in achieving a good score.

The ICFAI Business School (IBS) in Gurgaon can accommodate around 240 students in its MBA program. The IBS is a constituent of ICFAI University and offers a two-year MBA/PGPM program. The programme is designed to give graduates management skills that can be applied in different functional areas of an organization. The courses are practice-oriented and emphasize the application of principles, tools, and concepts to meet challenges and problems faced in today's organizations.

Admission to PGPM course at IBS Business School Gurgaon is done through various entrance exam. Candidates are required to qualify for either IBSAT entrance exam, which is an in-house aptitude test of IBS Gurgaon. Further, admissions are also offered based on a valid score of CAT/ XAT/ NMAT entrance exam, which are conudcted at the state/ national-level. Further, international candidates are also given admission based on GMAT scores. Candidates who secure a good score/ rank in any of the state/ national-level entrance exams are exempted from IBSAT. 

There is no provision for direct admission at IBS Gurgaon. Admission process for IBS Gurgaon is completely based on entrance exam scores. Those who are interested in admission to IBS Gurgaon must appear for either IBSAT, which is online aptitude test conducted by institute itself in an online mode. Candidates who have qualified for either CAT/ NMAT or GMAT are exempted from appearing for IBSAT. Further, candidates must also appear for Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds.

IBSAT 2026 application process last date will be updated on release of official notification. As per the ICFAI Business School official notification, the registrations will end in third week of December 2026. Candidates can fill the IBSAT registration form in online and offline modes. The application fees at IBS Gurgaon for admissions to the PGPM or MBA programme is INR 1,800. The application fee is the same for both modes of application whether one is applying online through the college admissions page or offline at the IBS Admissions office.

The IBSAT 2026 is a 2-hour computer-based test containing 140 MCQs. It features zero negative marking and no sectional time limits.
