IBS Hyderabad BBA Eligibility & Highlights 2026
At the UG level, IBS Hyderabad a constituent of IFHE Hyderabad offers a three-year BBA course spread over six semesters. IBS Hyderabad admission to BBA is based on merit in Class 12 followed by an interview. This programme consists of 44 courses (of which 37 are compulsory, 5 are elective and 2 are of soft skills. Additionally, there are two summer internship programmes, one at the end of the first year and the second at the end of the second year to provide corporate exposure to the students.

Selection criteria: Merit-based + PI
Eligibility: A pass in Class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 50% aggregate and above in English Medium is required to apply for the IBS Hyderabad BBA course. Students must fulfil the minimum age requirements as prescribed by the respective board via which the student has appeared for the qualifying exam.
If an applicant is found ineligible even at a later date after admission into the programme will be cancelled. Applicants who have appeared for Class 12 or equivalent and awaiting results are also eligible to apply provided they are done with their exams (including practical exams).

Selection rounds: IBS conducts IBSAT for admission to MBA courses. The institute also accepts CAT, XAT, etc. for MBA admission. Selected aspirants are further called for a Micro Presentation and PI round. For BBA, admission is based on merit in the last qualifying exam followed by a personal interview round.
