April 3, 2025: The second phase of the ICFAI Business School (IBS) Selection Process for MBA/PGPM 2025-27 is scheduled to take place on April 5th and 6th. Today marks the final opportunity for aspiring candidates to apply for admission to IBS's eight campuses, excluding IBS Hyderabad. This phase is open to candidates who missed the first selection round, conducted between February 15-24 at IBS Hyderabad, as well as new applicants who applied before or after February 15th. To participate, eligible candidates must confirm their selection process date and preferred location. The second phase will be conducted across IBS’s eight campuses and at the IBS Head Office in Hyderabad.
The selection process comprises a Micro Presentation and Personal Interview, carrying a weightage of 50%. The remaining 50% weightage is based on the candidate’s academic performance. Today marks the final opportunity for aspiring candidates to apply for admission to IBS's eight campuses, excluding IBS Hyderabad. This phase is open to candidates who missed the first selection round, conducted between February 15-24 at IBS Hyderabad, as well as new applicants who applied before or after February 15th. To participate, eligible candidates must confirm their selection process date and preferred location. The second phase will be conducted across IBS’s eight campuses and at the IBS Head Office in Hyderabad.
The selection process comprises a Micro Presentation and Personal Interview, carrying a weightage of 50%. The remaining 50% weightage is based on the candidate’s academic performance. Based on the cumulative score, candidates will receive their campus allotment confirmation. As part of the Micro Presentation, candidates will select a number between 1 and 100, each corresponding to a pre-assigned topic. Upon choosing a number, they will receive the associated topic and have one minute to prepare. They will then deliver a three-minute presentation on the given topic. Candidates must specify their campus preferences in order of priority. The cutoff for each campus will be determined based on the number of candidates opting for a particular campus. Candidates can apply for IBS admission using their National/State Level Management Test scores.

Placements: Placement in your college is very good; almost all the students get placed. The highest package was INR 10–11 LPA, the average was INR 6-7 LPA, and the lowest was INR 4-5 LPA. Top recruiters include Deloitte, PWC, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank. All students got internships from the college. Roles for job offers are tax associate, consultant, sales associate, business analyst, relationship manager, and market researcher.
Placements: Our college provides good placements. Almost 99% of students got placed in the best companies. The best consulting firms visit our campus for recruitment. Deloitte, E&Y, PWC, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, etc., visit our campus for the placement process.
Placements: 86% of students got placed. The highest package was around 6 Lacs and the lowest package was around 3 Lacs. The average package was around 4.5 Lacs. Deloitte, PWC, ICICI bank, HDFC life, SBI life, franchise India, Byjus. All the students got internships from the college during the course. Sales, Associate, Relationship Manager, Executive, Business Development, Market Research.
Placements: 95% of the students were placed from our batch. The rest 5% suffered from academic affliction. They had a strict placement policy. The highest national package was 10lacs, the international package was 11lacs. Top recruiters included Deloitte, ICICI, TCS, Yes Bank, HDFC. The internship was offered to 100% of the students. Companies ranged from HDFC, Skybits data analysis. Roles for job offers ranged from financial advisory to business analyst.
Placements: Placements in our college were appreciable. It is a 2-tier college, and almost 100% of the students of our batch got placed. Companies with more expectations from marketing and finance domain visit our campus for placements. Placements opportunities for HR low, but still the college try to provide jobs for them. Placements: 100% placement for all streams in which Students are pursuing (Marketing, Finance, HR). Placements of our batch was 100% and seniors too. The highest package was 12lakhs and the lowest was 3lakhs. Marketing companies and finance companies were visited. Marketing companies like ITC, OYO, CCD, MAKEMYTRIP, etc. Finance companies like HDFC, ICICI, DELLOITE, etc.
