- The MAT 2026 May session registrations have started for admission to the MBA course. For the PBT mode, the registration deadline is May 25, 2026, with the exam scheduled for May 31, 2026. For the CBT mode, the last date to register is Jun 8, 2026, for the exam taking place on Jun 14, 2026.
- The CAT 2026 registration is expected to start in the Aug, 2026 for admission to the MBA course.
- The Karnataka PGCET 2026 application portal is now closed for admission to the MBA, MCA and ME/MTech programmes. The exam for the MCA and MBA courses will be held on May 24, 2026, and for the ME/MTech course, on May 23, 2026.
- The XAT 2026 result is out for admission to the MBA/PGDM courses. Students need to log in to the official XAT portal to access and download their scorecard.

Eligible candidates are required to register their candidature on the IFIM's official website. After completing the registration process, the applicants need to fill out the application form and attach the required documents.
Step 2: Profile Evaluation and Screening
Candidates applying to UG courses are selected based on their performance in ISAT. IFIM Bangalore conducts the IFIM Scholastic Aptitude Test (ISAT) in virtual mode for 60 minutes. Candidates seeking admission in any of the offered UG courses need to also pass the Multiple Intelligence Test or MIT. Besides, admission to MBA programme is based on IMAT, CAT, XAT, MAT or CMAT scores. IMAT is conducted by IFIM to select candidates for the MBA course.
