IIHM is a Founding Institutional member of the (IHC) International Hospitality Council, London. Following a truly international curriculum, IIHM offers an option to complete BA in Hospitality Management from the University of West London, UK (London). Students are also awarded Bachelor in Tourism Studies from IGNOU India and Students also have an option of undergoing short courses of 1 Year, 9 Months, 6 Months and 3 Months in various Hospitality Skills. IIHM students also have the option of completing their final year in the UK, Switzerland, Germany, Thailand, or Canada, after completing and performing well in the first two years in India.
IIHM has a pool of Global faculty in the hospitality and culinary fields headed by Prof David Foskett(OBE) Author of The World famous "Practical Cookery & Theory of Hospitality and Catering", Keith Edgar, a famous Wine Educator from the USA and of International repute, award-winning wine consultant and author, Peter Honigh (MW), Mr. Ron Scott, International Whiskey expert from Scotland and Chef Ranveer Brar are celebrated international faculties of the institute. Legendary Prof David Foskett is the Professor of Eminence at IIHM.
Looking at the pandemic and its effect on our industry IIHM took lead in inaugurating "IIHM Global Center for Tourism and Hospitality Research" to undertake research on topics connected to our industry to boost business which was Inaugurated by Hon'ble Secretary-General of UNWTO Mr. Zurab Pololikashvili where he commended IIHM for its role in the sector and committed UNWTO to stand with IIHM in its work to promote Hospitality. Over the years, seats on offer for admissions at IHMs have increased. In 2020, more than 12,000 seats were available for admission in BSc in Hospitality & Hotel Administration offered at IHMs.
