IIIT Kota has released the M.Tech Cutoff 2025 for various specialisations in the form of opening and closing scores for different rounds and categories. For admission to  M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE-Semiconductor Technology) IIIT Kota cutoff 2025 for the general category candidates ranged from 370 to 366 in the first and last rounds.
