IIM Ahmedabad do not admit students through CMAT. One has to clear CAT/GMAT to get an admit into IIM A.

No problem. You can always re-appear next year. But I would suggest to gain some relevant experience while dropping for CAT.

No, you can't take admission at IIM-A. According to IIM-A's selection criteria, the cut-off percentile for general category is 90 percentile.

No, qualifying CAT is the prerequisite for getting admission at IIM A (PGP). Any fee won't make you eligible to join IIM-A to pursue your PGP. Thanks.

I can comment about the placements at IIM A. In short,it is pretty good. 100% placement is assured with Median CTC of 21 lakhs and Mean CTC 22 lakhs+

It is possible to do both. There are hundred of people who could manage their studies after work also. Just efficient time management is important. Hence, if hundreds of people can, then you can do too.

Please apply for IIM-A FABM program through CAT. After qualifying of CAT and meeting the necessary academic cut-offs, you will be called for interview process, clearing which you will be offered admission to IIM-A PGP FABM program.
