No it's not possible without an entrance test. If you really want to take admission in an IIM or any other reputed institution for that matter, you need to give an entrance test.

IIMs do not accept MAT scores for their admission process. IIMs conduct CAT. CAT scores are used by IIMs for selecting students for PI and WAT .

For getting into IIM A,B,C , a percentile above 99 should be competitive enough.
However, for new IIMs this figure reduces to 97-99.
