Yes BBA students can get admission in IIMA. IIMs look for overall performance and potential of a candidate apart from academics, there is a significant shift in the selection process from academic-centric to overall performance and capabilities of the students. So, there is a good chance of getting admission even with low academic scores.

It depends on your category if general 99+ would be enough. The Cutoff percentile is different for different IIMs and it changes every year, you can get the report on official websites of respective IIMs.
