Firstly you need to clear your graduation with minimum 50%, than you need to appear for CAT entrance exam and clear it with good score (>99%ile) to get into this institute.

Other than getting a high score in CAT, you need to have good percentage in class 10th, 12th and graduation. The communication skills has to be strong enough with good writing skills. Experience will be also a major factor to be in IIM - A.
