As you have experience of almost 3 years you can pursue E-MBA and to get admission in top B-Schools, you have to give CAT or XAT exam to get admission in this course. Also some top universities conduct separate exams for this course. Otherwise

Yes you can write M.B.A exam. To get into MBA course, write CAT/XAT.MAT/CMAT exam.
Eligibility is at least 50% in graduation. You fulfills criteria for IIM-A.

u have to first thing to start preparation for CAT mat or xat these are mba program entrances.so toil for it and qualify and attend councelling and u r in mba college
