No, To get an admission in IIMA, you need to appear for CAT. Only people working outside India are allowed to use GMAT score instead of CAT for admission.

I think you are talking about CAT exam.
CAT exams occur once in a year usually on the month of November.
You have to work hard & should attain a good score say 90 percentile or above is required for you to get a call from any IIMs.

The process of getting into IIM with GMAT score is little tricky. You need to work outside India for atleast 18 months and during CAT examination, you should not be in India. If you fulfill these criteria you can apply with GMAT Score.
