This could vary from year to year. Something above 0.71 can fetch you a call.

Hi,
No, even B.Tech graduates pursuing MBA and also other non-commerce stream graduates too. You will get foundation from the start of MBA class.

Hi,
If you want to join an IIM after graduation you have to attend CAT exam which will take place this December 2016.
The registration for CAT has already started from today Aug 8, 2016 on IIMCAT website.
So, prepare well for CAT by joining a crash course of weekend batch for CAT from nearby CAT coaching institute or you can refer CAT related books from Arihant Publications, Arun Sharma, R.S. Agarwal, etc., they will help you.
I highly recommend you to better finish the degree and take time to study for next year CAT if you are very much fond of getting a call from IIMs, because it will be difficult for you to concentrate on both degree and CAT.
You can have a try this year in CAT and get an understanding of it.

After every CAT examination, the minimum cutoff for getting a call from IIMs changes. As per my knowledge for OBC category students require to score more than 85 percentile.

No, To get an admission in IIMA, you need to appear for CAT. Only people working outside India are allowed to use GMAT score instead of CAT for admission.
