First of all it would be dependent upon your profile, score of graduation, 12th and 10th but in CAT examination you have to score very high about 98+ percentile.

Start by solving Maths problems given in previous CAT exams (You can find books containing the same).
The rest can be covered easily while preparing from an institute.

No, for doing MBA, you need a bachelor's degree. There is no provision of getting the direct admission without that.
