IISER is a great opportunity for science to grow.

Faculty: We have the best faculty, all foreign-returned teachers, and they teach amazingly. Our course is relevant and provides a good understanding of basic sciences in the first and second years. After that, we can choose our major in the field we aspire to research. Exams are difficult but effective in testing our skills and understanding of each aspect of science and our favorite field of science.

Our college has good course and good faculty but not ideal campus life.

Faculty: Most of the instructors are good as people and as teachers, except for one-two. Semester exams are not difficult. You will pass as long as you attend classes and study sincerely. Questions won't be from out of the syllabus. Grading is usually done relatively. It may sometimes be non-transparent depending on the instructor. Anyway, you don't calculate grades. Study and you will pass. Leave the grade to the instructor.

It provides good research exposure.

Faculty: Teachers are excellent and experts in their fields. They are easily approachable and have very thorough teaching quality. The course curriculum is in accordance with the national-level exams, so it is very helpful. Semester exam difficulty level often depends on the professor but classes and materials prepare enough for good marks. The pass percentage is 33%.

A must place for those young minds who wish to do research on any Science topic in future.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and qualified. They are friendly and interactive. Education here is very rich and every course taught is relevant to the curriculum giving students a deep insight into the field of Science. The semesters are fairly tough. It depends mainly on how much the students have actually understood the subject. Scoring good grades isn't difficult as it follows relative grading.

Very good place for research.

Faculty: The professors here are excellent, they are highly qualified (most of them have done their studies and research in foreign institutions) and knowledgeable. For exams IISER Berhampur has credit system in each semester. We have to maintain credits for each subject in order to pass.

Our college is research-oriented, and it is set up by MHRD with progressive infrastructure.

Faculty: The maximum professors are helpful and supportive. But some professors are a little egoistic. The course curriculum is very good, relevant and practical. You can learn a lot and also it will benefit you in the future. Semester exams are tough. The courses are very good, and it is delivered by good faculty members. Hands-on experience is provided, but due to COVID, it is restricted now.

For the EWS category, you can expect 95-110 marks to get into IISER Berhampur.

The cutoff rank for EWS is around rank 720 in past years.

If you score a decent 110 or more, you will easily get into the IISER Berhampur.

Thank you.
