IIT Bhilai offers a serene and modern environment that blends innovation with tranquillity.

Faculty: All the faculty who taught me were very good, and especially some of them in my second semester left a great impact on me. Faculty members are very supportive and helpful. They clear each and every doubt of students, and they are also well-behaved. So academics are overall very good.

Overall, the college is good but not outstanding.

Faculty: Most of the teachers are very helpful and friendly, except for a few. They are strict, but will help us. Semester exams are neither very tough nor very easy. We can pass the semester exams easily, but to get a good CGPA, we have to study a little bit, not too much. The course curriculum is relevant.

The college has good infrastructure and an environment. Placements are average.

Faculty: Faculty members and course curriculum are mostly satisfactory except for some professors and some courses, such as Chemistry and Biology in the first year. Exams are not difficult. We can easily pass by studying one week before exams in the first year. There is no attendance criterion.

The most aesthetic IIT. Campus feels different.

Faculty: Traditional IIT curriculum but the faculty members are highly qualified, with most of them having work experience abroad. Teaching quality depends on professor to professor. Some are enthusiastic to teach, some are strict, and others are normal, just teach and leave.

It has very good infrastructure and facilities.

Faculty: Well-trained and well-experienced teaching staff members are present here. Their teaching quality is also very good. The course curriculum is relevant. Students become industry-ready as the course curriculum is designed by industry experts. Semester examinations are moderate. Around 90% of students pass exams.

My review about this college.

Faculty: Faculty members are good and have many years of experience. The professors have graduated from very prestigious colleges. They are highly respected in the industry and have many contacts. Most of them here have advanced degrees in their respective departments. They have a lot of knowledge and teach well. Well, you come to an IIT to be a know-it-all. So, it is about how much time and effort you can put in to improve and expand your skill set. Most of the students here hang out in labs where they ...

My honest review about my college.

Faculty: It's a semester exam. M.Sc. was a 2-year program and exam held at the University Math Department. Exams are a little hard due to big theorems and theories. I passed with good marks in every term. In the first semester, there is a paper on field theory it is so hard but I got maximum marks in that subject. All are excellent but few of them have excellent conveying skills. They are friendly and they play games with us like badminton. They also participate in extracurricular activities. They encour...

Placements are very good.

Faculty: Teachers are the best thing about the college. They are highly qualified professionals and have good years of experience. The teaching quality is very good. The curriculum is well-defined and gets regularly updated with additional webinars and seminars that take place from time to time. Exams are a bit challenging and the pass rate is around 80%.

The institute is fine at its infrastructure with good academics.

Faculty: The faculty members at IIT Bhilai are great. They are always available to answer our questions during the day. They explain concepts well and clear our doubts. The curriculum is similar to other IITs. Exams are conducted smoothly, and each professor has their own way of conducting them. Semester exams are quite easy, and the pass percentage is 95%.

It is a great college I can say but it is just in its initial phase of achieving excellence.

Faculty: Faculty members are good enough and helpful; all teachers are Ph.D. graduates from different IITs or foreign universities. Teaching quality depends on course to course and teacher to teacher. Some are really great teachers, but some are not. The course curriculum is similar to that of other IITs, which is decent. Semester exams depend on professors, and their difficulties depend on the course; some courses are easy to do, and some courses are actually very difficult to pass. Pass percentage depe...

A growing college with lots of developments in the future.

Faculty: Teachers here are highly qualified. All are Masters in their fields and are busy with their research work. For the first year, the course is common for all. From the second year onwards, we are taught our core courses. Exams here are not very tough compared to JEE, but you will hardly get time to study because of the extracurricular activities. This makes it a difficult job for many students to manage academics. Saturdays and Sundays are off. Classes are from 8:30 to 12:30 (not always, we get br...

Satisfied with faculty, amazing infrastructure, best 3rd gen IIT, good for startups.

Faculty: The course curriculum at IIT Bhilai is up-to-date and covers all the important topics that we need to know. We also have elective courses, so we can customize our curriculum to fit our interests. This is especially helpful for those who want to think outside the box. The curriculum is designed to make us corporate-ready, and all the necessary details are taught in college. We have midsemester and end-of-semester exams, as well as surprise quizzes in between. The semester exams are moderately dif...

Emerging Technical Institute in India with a lot of scope in professional development.

Faculty: Teachers here are highly qualified and involved in national-level projects. Teachers provide comprehensive study material to students. New course curriculum has been implemented under NEP 2020, which makes students industry-ready. Exams are moderate to tough which judge our skills and knowledge.

Strong faculty and practical learning at IIT Bhilai with great campus life.

Faculty: At IIT Bhilai, the electrical engineering faculty members are highly skilled and encourage a research-based approach to teaching. The curriculum combines solid theory with hands-on experience, preparing students for the industry. While exams are tough, regular assessments help. Around 85-90% of students pass.

IIT Bhilai - More than expectations.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful as they are from IITs so they are highly qualified, you can check from the Chemistry department and other department official websites. The course is made more academically oriented but industry-based courses are also there like battery, solid state etc.
