As per the elgibility criteria released by the IITs, It is mandatory to have minimum 75% marks (65% for reserved category) in class 12 to take admission in IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. IIT Bhilai JEE Advanced cutoff 2025 was released for admission to the various BTech course specialisations. The cutoff was released for all rounds for the students under the All India quota.
For the General AI category, the closing rank was 7382 in the last round. On the other hand, for the OBC AI category, the last round cutoff rank was 2832. Comparing both these ranks, we can see that the competition for the General AI category is lower in the last round than the OBC AI category.

Step 1: IIT Bhilai Application Process
The IIT Bhilai application process for BTech, MTech and MSc courses is based on exam-specific registration. IIT Bhilai BTech Admission 2025
IIT Bhilai offers BTech courses in six specialisations. The college has allocated a specific number of seats for each specialisation. IIT Bhilai offers scholarships for both of its UG & PG courses. The scholarships is granted based on students' merit, their category and parental income. Round 4 of the cutoff list has been released and the cutoff rank for admission to MSc+PhD in Mathematics was closed at 589 for candidates belonging to the General AI category. For candidates belonging to the OBC AI category, the cutoff rank was closed at 765. For candidates belonging to the SC AI category, the cutoff was closed at 1742. In 2025, the IIT Jammu CSE cutoff was relatively less competitive for admission as compared to that of IIT Goa for students belonging to the General AI quota. However, as compared to IIT Bhilai, for CSE admission in the General category, the JEE Advanced cutoff range was more competitive for IIT Jam
