For any candidate, who is eligible to get into this institute, can apply to ILS Law College by simply filling up an application form that is available on the official website of the institute. The application fee to be paid for this also can be done via all the online payment modes namely credit card, debit card, or net banking. The application form with a prospectus can also be downloaded from the college only.Eligibility criteria for admission in the programme are: 10+2 with minimum 45% marks for BA LLB and graduation degree with a minimum of 45% marks for LL.B. Admission is made on the basis of scores from Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHCET) for law.

Several post matric scholarship are there to avail at the University level.SC, ST, OBC only have to pay the fees other thw tution fees, being the backward classes.General/open category have 45-50% concession on the tution fees by availing the scholarship.

The eligibilities followed by admissions to get through ILS Law College are as mentioned below. For BA LLB, a candidate must have had 10+2 from a recognised board and must have scored at least 45% marks for open category candidates and 40% for SC/ST category candidates. Admission is strictly based on the performance of MHCET. Applications available for LLB programmes to be downloaded and completed-off line /on line 45 percent marks to pursue with a Bachelor degree As for the course LLM, applicants would be one to hold any legal degrees like LL.B with around range of the same percentages marks. As well off line/on-line application will do.
