ILS Law College: A detailed review.

Faculty: The faculty members are highly qualified at the college. There are 2 types of faculty members, namely practicing advocates and academicians. All professors are very good. Academics are very much focused on. Semester exams are easy, although to score high marks, you need to study regularly.

Overall, it's a good college. I would recommend it if you don't get into an NLU.

Faculty: Course syllabus and semester exams are set by the University of Pune, to which the college is affiliated. Exams aren't tough, you can pass with a day or two of studying. Some of the professors were very good at what they did, and helped with LORs and any other out-of-classroom issues. Others were just teaching for the sake of it. Overall, I'd say it was decent.

Good college, if you take efforts.

Faculty: Course could be structured better, but that's controlled by SPPU, not the college. The curriculum could be designed like that of NLUs to make students more industry-ready. Some of the faculty are very knowledgeable, while others are not. Semester exams are not difficult, you can easily pass with one week of studying.

Life at ILS - Dream of any law aspirant.

Faculty: ILS follows the curriculum of SPPU University. We have 2 years dedicated to the BBA programme and three years for the LL.B. programme, which I feel is a very thoughtful approach as we get to study both programmes one at a time in detail. It also provides good early exposure in the field of law by organizing various moot courts, client counselling, and other relevant competitions. Semester exams are quite easy to moderately difficult. Around 80% of the class easily passes.

Great college, can do better still.

Faculty: The curriculum and semester exams are decided by Pune University and not the college. The curriculum could use some changes. Semester exams are alright; questions are very straight-forward most of the time. If you study half decently, you shall pass. Internal marks are decided by the college, and the faculty makes utmost use of them by grading strictly. Some of the faculty are very good at their knowledge as well as their teaching. Others are okay-ish.

There is a scope of improvement in some areas in ILS, rest it is good.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable, and they are quite helpful for students. Even the teaching quality is amazing. The curriculum is not relevant in the present-day scenario, so there is a huge need to introduce a better curriculum for students. The semester exams are not that difficult, but despite being less difficult, the university doesn't give appropriate marks.

Good law college with minimal fee structure.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified in some ways but not that friendly. The courses studied are LL.B., LL.M., B.A. LL.B., and BBA LL.B. If there is an integrated course such as B.A., LL.B., or BBA, LL.B., no importance to legal studies is given in the initial 2 years. Semester exams are of average difficulty and provided by Savitribai Phule University, by which the college is affiliated, and the syllabus is the same across all colleges lying under SPPU, Pune.

Great college for a law course. Need little improvement.

Faculty: Almost every faculty member is good. Some of them are very strict. But all of them have very good knowledge about the subjects. The course curriculum is updated. Exams are difficult, but for me, this is medium, and the passing percentage is almost 95% every year in our batch.

Great college to learn about the law.

Faculty: The faculty here are very experienced and the teaching quality is very good. The course was designed in such a way that it could be relevant to the legal industry needs for a long period of time. The semester exams were very hard. The pass percentage was around 80%.

I has a great experience at this college.

Faculty: The faculty is very strict but experienced. The curriculum is pretty chill for two semesters, but the syllabus is very hard to cover. Lectures are very strict, so it's not like you can sleep in class or watch shows on laptops. The new age lectures are a bit chill, but the lectures in 3rd, 4th, or 5th years of law are strict but friendly if you follow academic instructions well. Academically, they are strict, but otherwise they are relaxed.

I am satisfied with the college but a little disheartened with placements.

Faculty: Our faculty members are excellent and almost all of them are ready to go out of their way to help you with professional and personal issues. The course is structured differently than at other colleges. It's better because it helps you learn to deal with the practical world rather than focusing on theories and technicalities. Semester exams are moderate, and it's like giving any other school exam, but don't expect to get the same marks that you used to get in school because the university doesn't...

Satisfied by the faculty but concerned about placements.

Faculty: The faculty is really good. They try to cover theoretical as well as practical aspects of the course. They are really helpful and coordinating. Most of them are visiting faculty. Yes, the course is relevant but more practical aspect could have been added to it. The semester exams are of moderate difficulty but college has a strict rule of 75% attendance. They don't allow you to attend exams if your attendance is below 75%. .

The college has reasonable fees and good extracurricular activities.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are extremely helpful and student-friendly. The curriculum is relevant theoretically. There are various extracurricular activities and competitions organised which help in the all-around development of the students. The exams are moderately difficult, but the students are always encouraged by the teachers, and hence, the passing percentage is good.

I would suggest choosing ILS if you plan to take admission in Maharashtra.

Faculty: Teachers keep helping us by conducting doubt sessions and providing sample question papers. The college has B.A., LL.B., LL.B., LL.M., and even a diploma program at the college. College makes students industry-ready. The teaching quality of the teachers is the best. They try to understand what kind of teaching works for the students and adjust themselves in the same manner.

Taking admission to ILS Law College is the best decision for me.

Faculty: The teaching faculty members of our college are top notch according to me. Our course curriculum is pretty relevant to our industry as it gives a wide knowledge and forms a perspective for budding lawyers like us. The semester exams in our college set by SPPU are very difficult. It's hard to score above 8 GPA and hence makes us work hard for it.
