B.E. in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning - Batch of 2025

Quality of faculty and sports activities is average.
Placements: College is trying its best to help students get placed by conducting many placement drives inside and outside the college. There is a placement drive in Impact Camps where more than forty companies will join to hire students. It is said that students from our college will get more priority.
Infrastructure: College is equipped with libraries, good classroom infrastructure, computer labs, Chemistry labs, Physics labs, etc. They also have a football turf, badminton court, etc., and conduct tournaments. This encourages students to participate even more. Impact College was last year's inter-college football tournament runner-up, conducted by VTU.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-educated, though there's still room for improvement. Most of the faculty members in our department are very helpful. You can ask any doubts online or offline, and they will help you. The college has a good pass percentage, and most of the students have above a 7.5 CGPA.

College is really decent at everything; campus placement is really poor.
Placements: Just 3 students were placed out of around 56 students; I am talking about super seniors. The highest was maybe 3.5 LPA, though I am not sure, heard it from staff. Startups mostly, I never heard of their names. Around 15 out of 56 full-stack developers mostly.
Infrastructure: Decent infrastructure, students don't have access to Wi-Fi. Labs are okay, not that bad. Classrooms and library are decent and comfortable. I am not a hosteler, but I have gone there a few times; toilets are horrible, can't use. And campus is decent, very decent.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified but lack the ability to teach. They try hard and put effort, but they don't have the natural talent, I feel. Course curriculum is highly not relevant. Honestly, I didn't benefit anything. Out of 65 students in our class, 30-35 fail in at least one subject.
Other: I was passionate about Computer Science Engineering, so I chose this. Best thing is, I can work from home or anywhere in the world; I can start my own tech company. More practical than theory. Events and extracurricular activities are decent—Freshers' Day, Cultural Day, cricket tournaments, etc.—but students have to pay compulsory.

B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering (Data Science) - Batch of 2026

I have a very good experience to share in this review.
Placements: In the case of Data Science, there are 60 students. 20-30% of students were selected for placements. The highest package is 20 Lacs. The lowest package is 3 Lacs. The available companies for internships are Amazon, Airtel, Infosys, Genpact, etc.
Infrastructure: In our college, the classrooms are not that great. In the library, there are many books which are helpful for higher studies. But the library is not that much good. I am not a hosteler; I am a day scholar. But my friends are in the hostel.
Faculty: Sometimes the teachers are not able to complete the syllabus. The teaching quality is good. Students need to put in the effort to study. Sometimes the semester exams are difficult, and sometimes easy; it depends on the subject. The passing percentage is 90%.
Other: The Data Science course has a good talk in society. It has a better future. I am very interested in joining this course. In our college, many fests are conducted, like Fresher's Day, Ethnic Day, College Day, etc.

Review of Impact college.
Placements: The placement percentage of this college is about 87%. The highest package offered is 17 LPA, the lowest package is 7 LPA, and the average package is 6 LPA. Around 77% of students in our course got internships in MNCs.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure were very good, and they provided a good environment on campus. The quality of the facilities in the college hostel was very good. However, the quality of the food available in the mess/canteen was not good.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and supportive, and the teaching quality is amazing. There are eight semesters in four years, and the exams are not difficult.
Other: I really like the campus life at this college. The environment is very good, especially when sitting under the trees. There are many events that take place, and many clubs that students can join, such as the innovation club, design thinking club, and technical club.

We have satisfied with your course and college with infrastructure in your college.
Placements: 70 percent of students were placed in your college. The highest package in your college and course is 20 Lacs per annum and the lowest package is offered by small-scale jobs. The top recruiting companies are Tata, HP Software Developer, Dell, IBM, and many more. We got 60 percent of internship opportunities from the company.
Infrastructure: The facilities are Wi-Fi with high speed and smart TVs for all classrooms. For the Department of Technology, we have high expectations for labs and the library. We have hostel facilities available for your college and good. And the canteen was available with good food facilities. We connected sports and games in your course and college with all games.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful for me to get good knowledge for students. We have qualified. They did Ph.D. highly qualified teachers and highly knowledgeable teachers. Teaching quality is good for students. The course curriculum is relevant, they will get students who are industry-ready to visit. We have difficulty passing the subjects for the semester.

Dissatisfied with the concerts but satisfied with the money.
Placements: The campus placements of this course are not that good (not bad also). The college does provide placements. The internship opportunities are much more advanced than the campus placements. They try to provide internship opportunities to every single student. Top companies like Infosys and IBM also come for hiring.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good. Our campus is greenery and it feels nice. Though some of the buildings are under renovation. This college has an indoor stadium. There is a hostel as well on the campus. Though it is still under construction and needs renovation. The food is also good.
Faculty: Faculty members are impressive compared to other colleges. They give attention to every single student in the department. Some teachers are quite a bit strict while others are friendly. Impact College is affiliated with the Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology. The exams are mostly at moderate level.
Other: The crowd is less and management facility is also good. It has different clubs like sports club, the media, the cultural club, and various others. The campus life is good and seniors are friendly as well. The proper reason for me to take admission at this college is the less course fee.
