For admission, candidates are required to fill the application form available on the official website of the institute. Also, the application form can be purchased from the campus of the institute. The IIAEIT BTech minimum eligibility criteria and required entrance exams are mentioned below;

Qualifying exams: AERO-CET/ MH-CET/ Any other National or State Level Engineering Entrance Examination 

Passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics as compulsory subjects. IIAEIT is also known for its full-time face-to-face B.Tech Aerospace Engineering course (BTAE) which is jointly launched by Sandip University (SUN) and Aeronautical Engineering and Research Organisation (AERO).

Admission to the IIAEIT for 2024 will shortly be available for a variety of B.Tech programs for all 12th grades students with diplomas and PCM, PCMB, or PCB. IIAEIT provides a four-year, full-time BTech programme in aerospace, aeronautical, or avionics engineering at the undergraduate level.

Candidates must pass the AERO-CET, MH-CET, or any other national or state-level engineering entrance exam to be admitted and complete class 12 with a passing grade of at least 50% in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.  To graduate from high school, students who did not select mathematics as a subject must take a bridging course at the university or at least 45% overall (40% overall for candidates in the reserved category) in the engineering and technology Diploma program. 

Yes, if you receive a math score of more than 65% in your 12th grade, you will be admitted to the Aeronautical Engineering College.

You can't take admission in  Information technology field if you haven't taken maths in your School. You need to have a mathematical score of at least 80% in order to be admitted to the IT branch. You need to achieve at least 60% overall to be admitted to the college.

The Indian Institute of Aircraft Engineering and Information Technology (IIAEIT), in Pune, normally requires the following qualifications for admission to its B.Tech program:

No, admissions to Indian Institute for Aeronautical Engineering and Information Technology are not merit based. The admissions are based on the AERO-CET exam conducted online by the university. It is mandatory to appear for this exam in order to take admission in the institute. Additionally, candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria of the preferred course.
