IIAEIT is also known for its full-time face-to-face B.Tech Aerospace Engineering course (BTAE) which is jointly launched by Sandip University (SUN) and Aeronautical Engineering and Research Organisation (AERO).
The total number of seats available for the B.Tech programme at the Indian Institute for Aeronautical Engineering and Information Technology (IIAEIT) in 2023 is 1920. They are distributed across the following disciplines:

Candidates must pass the AERO-CET, MH-CET, or any other national or state-level engineering entrance exam to be admitted and complete class 12 with a passing grade of at least 50% in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. To graduate from high school, students who did not select mathematics as a subject must take a bridging course at the university or at least 45% overall (40% overall for candidates in the reserved category) in the engineering and technology Diploma program.
