They supervises and directs junior staff nurses and nursing students to ensure patients get the best care possible. These nurses will also be in charge of managing nursing care to such patients.
Senior registered nurses are also called upon to liaise with doctors, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists on behalf of the patients. They oversee a team of registered nurses and care assistants to ensure that they work in accordance with standards set for best practice care by the hospital. 

After completing a Nursing degree, it is possible to pursue a career as a doctor. However, the path to becoming a doctor can be challenging and requires additional education and training.

In order to become a doctor, one must first complete a bachelor's degree, which typically takes four years. After that, aspiring doctors must pursue MBBS by taking NEET, which generally takes another four years. During medical school, students will study a variety of subjects, such as Anatomy, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, and Physiology.
