IISER Mohali offers a total of three courses, including BS-MS, Integrated PhD and PhD across six departments, namely Biological Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Physical Sciences, Earth and Environmental Sciences and Humanities and Social Sciences at UG, PG and doctoral level, respectively. Once IISER result is declared, a seat allotment list is declared containing roll numbers of candidates who are allocated seats in BS-MS programmes. Candidates can check the first round allotment list on the official website of the exam tentatively by the second week of July 2026. All candidates whose roll numbers appear in the first round allotment list need to log in to their application portal to download the offer letters.
The IISER Entrance Exam 2026 counselling dates will be announced by June. Last year, nine rounds of counselling were conducted between July and September 2025. This year the number of rounds is expected to be similar.
Jee advanced Cutoff for admission in IISER Mohali - Indian Institute of Science Education & Research for integrated BS-MS course is 14500th rank for general category and 9100 rank in OBC NCL category. Its 3600 rank for SC category and 5200 rank for Genral-Ews category cut off for IISER Mohali.

You can definitely get admission in this Institute since you have scored 70% in your 12th standard while eligibility criteria for general category students is kept at 60%. Of course with 70% you cannot take JEE advanced since there the eligibility is at 75%. But you can follow the path of entrance exam conducted by this Institute. Earlier, we had our admissions on merit based so it was generally after our 12th results are out. But recently this system has been changed and hence a new system is introduced i.e. CUET exams. So there isn't any specific date that when forms would be out. But according to this, we can conclude that after the declaration of cuet results every college does their application forms out for admission. Hence Deen dayal upadhyay college does the same.

Earlier, IISER admission took place through three channels, IISER Entrance Exam, JEE Main and KVPY scores. Last year onwards, the admission takes place only through IISER entrance exam scores. Hence, JEE Main scores or ranks will not be considered for admission.
