Excellence in education.
Placements: In the last academic year, nearly about 60%-70% of students got placed in our colleges. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA in our department. The lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Companies like Accenture, Lentra, Protean Infosec, Payplex, etc., come for placements. Around 40%-60% of students get internships from our course in startup companies. Roles offered in our course are web developer, java developer, software developer, python developer, etc.
Infrastructure: Library is good with a good stock of books related to various courses. Our classrooms are in good condition. Our labs are also good with properly functioning computers and equipment. There is no Wi-Fi facility in the college for any department. Hostel is quite good with an acceptable quality of mess food. Various types of sports activities are arranged from time to time. Our college has the first kit facility in case of injury.
Faculty: Our teachers are well-qualified. They have good knowledge of their respective field subjects. The way of teaching can be improved. Since the college is autonomous, it sets the curriculum relevant to industrial trends and it makes students industry-ready. Exams are medium to hard level. Nearly 80%-85% of students pass exams if hard papers come.
Other: The college organizes many events. Traditional and saree days are held in February. Events like Gusto are also held for car lovers. The campus and surroundings are good. Some students face transport connectivity issues due to the location of the college, but the PMPML bus facility is also available from many areas in the city. The student can get a scholarship via MahaDBT registration. They can apply for a scholarships through the MahaDBT website. It is only for reserve categories.

Indira College of Commerce and Science.
Placements: 55% of students got placed in the placement interview of our college. There are many big companies that come to the college for the placements cell. Professors are supportive. The package is around 3.8 LPA - 5 LPA. Infosys, Deloitte, and Tata Consultancy Services visit the college. 55% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: There is everything in our college like Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms. The hostel rooms are good. The hostel food is sometimes very good but the rest of the time, it is normal Classrooms of the college are very nice. The hostel rooms are maintained. The college mess is fine.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and helpful. They make sure that all doubts are cleared. They are very friendly. The college takes students out for the industrial visit and makes sure that they get exposure and even enjoy college life. Semester exams are easy to moderate.

The faculty members are not supportive but placements are good.
Placements: 50% of students were placed from our college. The highest package was 4.5L per annum, and the lowest was 1.5L per annum. The average package was 3.5L per annum. Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, and Cognizant were some of the technical companies that came for college placements. Internships were offered to none in our course as they were mainly focused on placement.
Infrastructure: Faculty members are not so supportive there. Mainly 2-3 faculty members are supportive. The hostel was bad. The food was not proper and was not properly made. The quality of food is absolutely bad; only poha was good in the canteen. For sports, we had only one ground, and that was for basketball only.
Faculty: Teachers were not helpful. In fact, teachers only taught what was in the book. They did not tell us what frameworks are used in the industry. No, this course is only for basic purposes. It does not make students industry-ready at all. We have to do courses outside of the college. Because of internal marks, no one fails.
Other: I wanted to go into the computer science field. I would recommend this college if they increase their campus and maintain supportive faculty members. There was only one event, though.

Review of Indira College of Commerce and Science.
Placements: About 50% of students got placed in my college, others go for higher education and some join their family business. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA Infosys and Bajaj Finance are the top recruiting companies of our course. My college does not provide any kind of internships The top placement is offered to marketing students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is really good. It has well-cleaned classrooms with a digital board and a good desk bench. The college does not allow students to use their Wi-Fi. Labs are well organised and the library also has a good source of books. The hostel is so strict. The quality of food in the mess and canteen is not that good. My college provides medical facilities. The college also has an ambulance service for students and staff members. In my college basketball and cricket are famous. It also has a basketball court.
Faculty: In Indira, teachers are very helpful and well-qualified with abundant knowledge. Some teachers are really good at teaching. They believe in interactive sessions but there are also some teachers who teach only from PPT. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not that tough.
Other: I chose this course because I am really passionate about business studies and entrepreneurship. I wish the college conducted industrial visits to students so that they would know how it works. My college is full of fests, and you will find so many fests like Gusto, IMUN, Spoof, etc. My college does not have a big campus. There are just buildings on the campus.

Good backup option if you don't manage to get into the college you want.
Placements: The placements in this college tend to be quite average, from around 20-30 students being placed per batch depending in the academic strength of said batch. There are at least 60 students per batch. The highest packages range from around INR 6-7 LPA, average packages are around INR 2LPA and the below average students don't tend to get placed. Internship opportunities are given through the college through an internship group chat which you may opt for. Top recruiters are Aditya Birla Health, Goorej, Wipro, Tata, Infosys, Teach Mahindra, .
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite decent, each batch has an established section or building with its own library and set of classrooms. The washrooms are hygienic and upkept, the libraries are equip with a great set of learning material for every subject and Wi-Fi connected computers. The classrooms are cool, maintained and each have smartboards creative a virtual in class PPT format learning experience. The canteen and food is comparatively better than other colleges, hygienic and decent tasting. I am not a hostel student but the hostel rooms are smaller with in-built bathrooms and strict rules. Sports are not as maintained.
Faculty: The teachers and faculty members are a hit or miss, either a teacher is impeccable at what they teach or absolutely horrible. Most of our faculty have pretty land and hard to sit through lectures but some teachers are great and very interactive with their sessions. Usually the teacher allotted for major are more skilled than the other subjects teachers. The curriculum is pretty relevant but it isn't useful practically and doesn't get students ready for the industry. The semester exams are not difficult and the pass parentage is a solid 80%, failing students can clear their backlogs very easily.
Other: I chose this course as a backup option, the entire experience is very average, its not horrible nor is it amazing. The average student won't make it big in life by going to this college and will have to pursue a Masters or do some other extracurricular, however it is a good stepping stone towards success. It won't propel you towards the moon but it will be a table rock while you figure out how to get there. Something I would change about my course is lack of practical application. Crowd is average.
