Review of Indira Gandhi Government College.
Placements: There are no placement opportunities in our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. The generator is not properly used. The hostel food is average. The canteen is good. Sports and games are good. Wi-Fi is not available. Labs are not good. The classrooms are good but not advanced as per the need. Not all the required books are available in the library.
Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified, but the teaching quality is not that good. 2-3 professors are good in every department. 35% is the pass percentage in every subject, and 40% aggregate is required to pass the exams. The curriculum is not much relevant from my point of view. It does not make students industry-ready.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest. Better teachers are needed in this course. Many events are held here. The campus crowd is good and friendly. Scholarships are available only for ST and SC students. The college week, picnic, sports, and college elections are the extracurricular activities conducted here. The college vibes are good. The campus environment is good. The faculty team can be rated 4 out of 10, and the location can be rated 9 out of 10.
