Dissatisfied with Faculty, but Placement and Infrastructure Facilities are Great.

Placements: The highest package offered in 2024 at JIMS was 24 LPA. Some of the companies that come to JIMS are Infosys and Deloitte. Our college also provides some internship programs during the semester break and helps us by offering guiding courses during that time.

Infrastructure: Our college provides Wi-Fi, and all the classrooms and library are very neat, clean, and well-organized. The canteen food is good—not excellent, but good. However, the sports and games facilities are limited; you can only play table tennis in the TT room, and there is not much space for outdoor games.

Faculty: Our faculty is very slow in terms of administrative work and providing new timetables. The curriculum of this course is very industry-ready, allowing us to connect it with the real world. The teachers are great, and their explanations are excellent.

Other: The campus is small, but the crowd is average and pleasant. The fests and events that happen in our college are great, and our college is near the Rithala Metro Station.

Friendly teachers and decent campus.

Placements: The highest package offered during the last year's placement drive was 22 Lacs, while the lowest package was 3 Lacs per annum. The average package last year was 6-7 Lacs. Most of the students got internships; some were paid, too. The placement at our college is average.

Infrastructure: Adequate facilities are available. Good and well-maintained classrooms are there. The library has thousands of books which help the students with academics. The canteen is average. The quality of food is good. Sports complex is available, badminton court, indoor gym, etc. Medical facilities are good too. Wi-Fi is not available on campus.

Faculty: The majority of our faculty members are friendly and highly qualified, with PhDs and ample expertise in their respective fields. The curriculum has remained largely unchanged for several years, with minimal update. I believe the curriculum could be more tailored to student needs, emphasizing learning over grades. The semester exams are not that difficult, and regular studies before exams can assure you good marks.

Honest review about Jagan institute of Management studies, Delhi.

Placements: I am perusing B.A. Economics hons. From Jagan institute of Management studies, rohini sec 5, Delhi. There are around 100 students in my course. The highest package is 24LPA while average package is 7-8 LPA. Top recruiters are Deloitte, Dabur, Nestled, McKinsey and Goldman Sachs. Jims Rohini offers 6-8 weeks of internship in June-July every year for students. Overall good college.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is fine. Although the college campus is a bit small but infra is good. There are Wi-Fi facilities, lab facilities in college. There is A. C. in every classroom. There is a sports room and a music and dance room. Lifts are there and auditorium is also there. We have 3 canteens in college. Meanwhile the college is in sector 5, the hostel is located in sector4, rohini. Both boys and girls hostel is there. There is around 75-80 B.Ed accommodation in girls hostel. The deadline to reach hostel is 8:00 p. m. there is no restrictions related to keeping electrical appliances in hostel. There are common 2 refrigerators, 2 microwave, 1 induction and 3 washing machines. We have common and clean washrooms. The cleaning of rooms is done on a daily basis. A. C. is there in every room. There is a mess also and 4 times a day food is provided. Bus facilities to reach college on time is also provided. In college, there are many clubs for example, dance club, music club, drama club, Economics club, nss, I think panel, fashion club, sports club etc.

Faculty: Faculty is nice and helpful. There are some teachers who are very nice and helpful. They help you everytime you reach them. My course is B.A. Economics honours and it is worth it from Jims, rohini. I like the college pretty much. Good environment and people are here. This course is of 4 years and 4th year is only for industrial experience. The semester exams are average like if you study on a daily basis you will pass easily. I got 68% in 1st year internals studying last moment. So, exams are average.

Other: I am interested in Economics and want to do same in that field that's why I choose this course. The course is perfect and nothing needs to be changed. There are a huge variety of events that are held in our campus. For example, diwali carnival, dandiya fest, ethnic day, sports meet, freshers etc. The main fest of Jims is Verve that is held in jcc sec 3 campus. Crowd is average and there are many fun extra curricular activities held in the college.
