Decent placements and campus life.

Placements: Around 60 percent of students are placed. The highest package offered last year was 8 Lacs per annum, while the lowest package was 2.4 Lacs per annum. The major recruiters were Dainik Jagran, The Capital Box, and The Leading Solutions. Around 80 percent of students got internships, while most were unpaid.

Infrastructure: All the classrooms are equipped with modern infrastructure, the library is well maintained, every book is available, and medical facilities are also well on the campus. There are no Wi-Fi facilities available for the students; it is only accessible to faculty and staff. A canteen is well maintained and there is a seating capacity of 5 people. The food is also tasty.

Faculty: Our college has well-qualified and knowledgeable teachers who provide high-quality education; most of the teachers have a Ph.D. degree. The course curriculum is relevant and up-to-date, designed to make students industry-ready through real-world case studies, internships, and projects. Semester exams are challenging yet fair, with a high pass percentage reflecting the effectiveness of teaching and student dedication.

One of the best things my college life has given me is my friends and my teachers.

Placements: I got an internship with Haryana Beats channel, and after working there for some time, they offered me a job. Top recruiting companies for my course include Aaj Tak and NDTV, among others. My college provides placement facilities, so you should definitely visit.

Infrastructure: The campus is good and there are transport facilities. Teachers look after students, and in my course, there are labs, classrooms, and library facilities available. The food is very good, and they celebrate sports day as well. There's also a medical room for injured students.

Faculty: Yes, the teachers are very supportive and helpful. The passing percentage is 40%, and attendance should be 75%. My course is relevant, and my teachers are knowledgeable and qualified; they help us concentrate on our studies and provide live experiences and examples.

Other: I chose B.J.M.C. because it allows me to pursue various jobs like videography, digital marketing, anchoring, etc.

Our college gives a very good experience for students.

Placements: It is easy for students to get internships and placements. The salary package offered is 3 LPA to 4 LPA. Faculty members help students to get internships and placements.

Infrastructure: It is not a big college but provides good facilities like elevators, free Wi-Fi, and labs filled with computers. Library provides enough books for students. Our course has an entire floor with labs for video editing, sound lab, etc.

Faculty: Faculty members in our course are the best and helpful.

Other: Our college arranges visits to different places for students to enjoy and gain knowledge.

Kasturi Ram college is good college having great atmosphere for overall development of students.

Placements: Kasturi Ram college is good for studies as well as placements. College help their students to build their overall personality from the first year. Seminar, workshops, special courses like skill development from Jagran and field knowledge helped me in my overall development. Around 75% students got their internships and jobs, the highest package was around 6 lakh and average was 3 lakh. Companies at that time were Aaj tak, News Live and Zee mews for the internship and placement offers.

Infrastructure: Kasturi Ram college is good when it comes to infrastructure as they have well-equipped labs for the B.J.M.C. students, classes with AC and projectors. College ground was sufficient for us as we used to play volleyball and badminton there. Canteen is little small but we still enjoyed our college life. Kasturi Ram does not have hostel facility available.

Faculty: Kasturi Ram college is very good when it comes to curriculum, studies and teacher support. Teachers were very helpful not only of B.J.M.C. department but of management department also. Teachers were knowledgeable and that helped us a lot in our exams. Course curriculum was relevant and industrial visit like Punjab Kesri, EMPC IGNOU Doordarshan. Semester exams of my course was not very difficult and teachers notes helped me to pass the exams with good marks.

Other: One thing that I would like to share with everyone is about their fresher's party. College organises their fresher's in Seven Seas hotel, Rohini and at my time they called a star attraction Maninder Butter (SINGER) for live performance.

I am not satisfied with this college.

Placements: In our batch, only 2 out of 120 students got placed that too because they did some professional course apart from college. At the time of admission, the college showed so many dreams about getting placed with a good salary. In the end, about 118 students ended up with nothing. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.44 LPA. I remembered one company called Concentrix in Gurgaon, which deals mostly in the BPO sector. Every student got an internship on their own. However, we got to learn more in internships rather than college. A top role offered is a video editor.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities in our college are good. The campus is small, but it is good from the inside. The food served is pretty good in the canteen. Our college conducts a sports meet once in a while.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are biased. They are not helpful. However, in my opinion, only 2 teachers had good knowledge about their particular subjects, or else all the teachers did not know how to pass on their information. The course curriculum is very good. Their teaching is bad. Exams conducted by the college are normal.

Other: Our college does not conduct extracurricular activities.

It is a good experience studying here.

Placements: I'm a student right now and I was promised that I'll be given internship after every semester but my 1st year is completed and I didn't get any Internship. But my teachers told me that they'll provide it to us but first we have to find it by ourselves.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is okay. Classrooms are also okay as they have ACs and everything that is required. Labs are also fully functional and are also air-conditioned. Library is small but provides the books that are needed. Till now, there are no sports and games in the college.

Faculty: Faculty of the college is very helpful. They help us in every way possible. Right now, we are having our online lectures due to the Covid Situation going on, still they try their best to provide all the notes and to help each student in every way possible.

Other: I just wanted to experiment and experience new things that's why I chose this course.

Review of Kasturi Ram College of Higher Education.

Placements: The college has told me a higher number of placements. I doubt that but they have proofs, and they advertise about the placements so I am okay with that. My senior has completed his degree from this college, and he got selected in Zee Media.

Infrastructure: College promises to be Wi-Fi enabled campus it showed at least 3 official types names on my phone in Wi-Fi search. It has a Wi-Fi facility. Labs seem to stacked with computer systems with graphics cards. I don't know if they teach graphics properly.

Faculty: Faculty members are humble and quite qualified. One of the male faculty I don't know the name he was quite an expert in software stuff. Teaching quality seems traditional although they seem to be using projector and labs to teach, that works for me until they want us to bring our laptops for classrooms. It seems like a college is more interested in studies than in events.

Other: They organise a fresher's and farewell party in a 5-star hotel. Not sure about the name, I think they change the venue every year. I don't know much about the crowd, but people seeking admission in this college seemed nice. I had a chance to talk to some people. They knew much more about the college, and I guess some research is necessary for choosing the college which I had done thoroughly.

The college trains students for the industry.

Placements: College keeps us updated regarding leading media companies. Everyone gets placed in reputed media houses like Hindustan Times, The Times of India, Zee Media, Punjab Kesari, Aaj Tak and many others. Almost all the seniors are placed in the industry. Every year top companies visit the college and select students for an internship and placements.

Infrastructure: College campus is huge. There are rooms for indoor games for boys and girls separately. Playground facility is also available to encourage students who are interested in sports. The library is filled with varieties of books to study from. Classrooms are huge, decent and homely.

Faculty: Quality of teaching is one of the remarkable things about Kasturi Ram college. Faculty members are well qualified and experienced both in the academic and industrial sectors.
