From my point of view is good there is no such type of disappointed, every thing is good, fit & fine
Placements: Placements are good for this course, it's about more than 70% students are placed. Highest package was 3.5 LPA and Average package was 3LPA. Top recruiting companies was Tata Motors, Britannia and Sunfeast. More than 50% students got internships. Roles are offered in this course was Human Resource, Operation Assistant.
Infrastructure: Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology facilities and infrastructure was good such as classes are good all things were neat and clean. Hostel facility was also good they provide quality food and clean rooms everyday. Management organize various sports to mental wellness of students.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified. They were very supportive towards the students, their teaching quality makes students more knowledgeable practically and theoretically both. Course curriculum was related to industry type. Semester exams were not so difficult and the pass percentage was 40%.
Other: This course was pretty good if any student planning to prepare for CAT exams in future. Events and Fest was organized very well.

The horrible reasons to not join IERT Allahabad and stay away from it as much as possible.
Placements: The claims that they make of 100% placement are the biggest lie. The placement percentage is barely 50%. The companies that come here for placement are banned, bankrupt, or have very low turnovers. You may have never heard their names. They offer 3 LPA CTC with a 2.5 LPA in-hand salary per year, and you will have to wear an award-boy-like uniform in the job because the post offered is equivalent to a PEON. Better not rely on this for anything, it will destroy your life.
Infrastructure: Talking about facilities, this college lacks the most basic infrastructure. The labs are deteriorated, and students are instructed to clean them. This college doesn't have a single dustbin on the whole campus; it has electricity shortages, and fans and lights stop during lectures in the summer.
Faculty: Teachers are ridiculous. They don't have the basic vision of life. Sometimes you question how they even became teachers. They just brag about themselves, and instead of boosting the confidence of students, they demoralize them at every moment. Literally, there is a teacher in the management department named Sakshi Todi who is cruel and arrogant and targets students personally. The curriculum is outdated and of no use in the current era. They literally teach typing on a typewriter in the era of AI. This course will not elevate your level nor give a good placement. Rather, it will lead to downfalls in your life.
Other: I chose this college out of compulsion because I never wanted to waste my academic year of 2025. Everything is the worst in this college. Things to improve are the faculty, their behavior, vision, philosophy towards life, way of teaching, infrastructure, basic facilities, like fans, lighting, placement packages, removal of the uniform code, and stopping their dictatorship over students in college and in their lives.

This college claims 100% placements that is the biggest lie the highest placement percentage of placement is 50% barely, the companies that come here for placement are very cheap local, banned or bankrupt companies that have very low turnovers, market capitalisation, etc. To offer 3 LPA CTC with 2.5 L in hand salary for the year and brag a lot about it, that too you will have to work in the award boy like uniform because the post they give you will be equivalent to a Peon.
Infrastructure: This college lacks the cleanliness in classrooms, corridors, labs etc. They can't do brooming on Sunday or after losing time they do it during running classes to disturb the environment and all the students especially I get irritated by the dust everywhere in air .
Faculty: They just brag about themselves and instead of boosting confidence of students they demoralise at every second moment literally, they target you personally, check uniform, ID cars etc. Just like in college only that is important nothing else education, placement, growth nothing you can't even breath properly
They run their own dictatorship on students in college and try to control their personal lives. There is a arrogant teacher in management department named Sakshi Todi who think she is the most beautiful woman in the world but she is not and is jealous of SMART and intelligent students and targets them .
Other: I choose this course in compulsion because I didn't wanted to waste my academic year 2025 otherwise it is neither going to add value to your life nor give a good placements
Things to improve are faculty, their vision, behaviour, philosophy towards life, infrastructure, neatness, placement packages, curriculum, remove the uniform code that is worthless neither it stop bullying, feels comfortable in summers specially, it caused rashes on my skin and wearing it everyday, level and standards of students cannot be just define by uniform code, and the autocratic behaviour of this college, and the dictatorship of college staff on students .
