Life at Institute of Health Management Research, Bangalore.
Placements: Almost 75% of students get placed. The highest package is 10 LPA and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. Top companies for our course are Deloitte, Cloudninne, Narayana Hospital, Portea, Niva Bupa, United Hospital, etc. Top roles offered are operation manager, quality manager, underwriting, sales, and marketing.
Infrastructure: There are good facilities in the college. It has well-equipped classrooms and technology-enabled systems for teaching. There is extensive IT support with a computer lab and a library with the latest books and scriptures. Hostel is not exactly on campus and my experience was not good in the first year so I shifted to personal PG in the second year.
Faculty: Teachers are experienced, qualified, and experts in their field. The course curriculum is quite relevant and gives a good theoretical knowledge of the industry while summer internship gives practice experience. Exams are ranging from easy to hard and are divided into mid-terms and term-end examinations.
Other: I chose this course because it is a good course to pursue. I have a great experience overall.
