Step 4: Add signed copies of your signature (size between 4 and 30 KB) and a passport-sized black-and-white photo (from 10 to 200 KB). Scanned photos can be uploaded to the website only if they are stored as JPG or JPEG files.

Step 5: Pay the application fee using your debit, credit card or internet banking service. Filling out an application for the General category is INR 900, it is INR 800 for the EWS category and INR 450 for the SC/ST category. As soon as you are told the application is confirmed, download the application and print a copy for yourself.
