Institute of Law, Nirma University (ILNU) offers a full-time LLM programme in two specialisations. ILNU LLM specialisations include Constitutional & Administrative Law and Criminal & Security Law. The duration of the postgraduate programme is one year. LLB admission at ILNU is based on the applicant's performance in CLAT.

Admission Process for LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative Law, a One Year Postgraduate Programme at Institute of Law, Nirma University is based on PG CLAT merit rank. The institute can conduct its own examination for filling the NRI/NRI Sponsored seats which is 15% of the total seats. The eligibility is that a student must have passed a 3 Year LL.B. law degree programme after the completion of graduation or must have passed a Five Year Integated law degree programme with an aggregate of 50% marks minimum from a Bar Council of Indiarecognisedand approved college.

ILNU LLM Admission 2025: How to Apply?
ILNU Ahmedabad LLM admission is entrance-based. The institute admits students to the PG degree programme based on their performance in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). The entrance exam is conducted by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs). Interested candidates can follow the steps given below to apply for CLAT 2025:
Step 1: Visit the official website of the Consortium of NLUs at www.consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
Step 2: Register as a new user by completing the registration form.
Step 3: Verify your phone number for account activation.
Step 4: Log in to fill out the CLAT application form with all the required information.
Step 5: Select at least three cities as preferred exam centres and the reservation category.
Step 6: Pay the application fee (which is category-specific) in online mode using credit or debit cards, or net banking.
Step 7: Submit the form.
In addition to registering for CLAT, candidates must register for INLU admission by visiting the institute's official website at www.law.nirmauni.ac.in. Once the CLAT results are out, the institute will release a merit list of shortlisted candidates on its official website. The merit list will be based on the CLAT scores of applicants.
