Institute of Management Education and Consultancy conducts admissions based on merit and entrance.To seek admission in the IMEC Rudrapur PGDM programme, candidates must possess a minimum aggregate of 50% in a Bachelor's Degree obtained from a recognised University and 45% for SC/ST and DA category. Along with that, the Institute considers the scores of CAT, MAT, CMAT and IMEC entrance exams. Post entrance results, candidates will be shortlisted for group discussions (GD) and personal interviews (PI). The final shortlisting of candidates will occur on the basis of GD and PI scores. The Institute of Management Education and Consultancy involves advanced and well-equipped infrastructure to facilitate academic and extracurricular activities. IMEC Rudrapur has laboratories, classrooms, a library and reading room, an auditorium, seminar/ conference halls, rooms for extracurricular activities and much more. The Institute promotes cultural diversity and therefore, conducts various events for inclusivity. IMEC Rudrapur has an anti-ragging committee that provides a grievance redressal cell to address any concerns of the students. It has an internal complaint/ anti-sexual harassment cell to provide a safe environment and to maintain the Institute's decorum. The anti-ragging and internal complaint committee members provide strategies and policies with action plans.
