IPHH College of Nursing is a good college to study diploma courses.

Placements: I am still studying at the college and our batch has not passed out yet. Last year around 80% of students got placement with an average salary package of around 2,50,000 per year and the highest salary package was given at 3,80,000 rupees per year. The top recruiting companies are mostly hospitals in Jammu & Kashmir and Punjab. Placement in college is very good because they have another college in Delhi that is old and reputed and has good alumni connections.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good as compared to other nursing colleges in Jammu. Yes, the location is a bit away; otherwise, everything is perfect. The college provides bus facilities for student transportation. The college also has hostel facilities for boys and girls. The hostel building is located a few steps away from the college campus. Classrooms are spacious with all modern facilities. For sports and games, there is a sports ground where we will play different sports in our free time.

Faculty: The teachers are very knowledgeable and supportive. Most teachers are doctors and they are very kind and helpful. They always interact with every student and encourage them to do anything. The semester exam is quite difficult. You can only pass if you study well and attend classes regularly.

Teachers are helpful and qualified. Infrastructure is also good.

Placements: I am still studying at this college so there is no placement for our course. We get internship opportunities after the first semester exam in the government hospital. The college placement cell is very active and supportive of placement and internships. Placement Cell encourages every student to do an internship and provides them with the best internship.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is excellent. The college campus is huge with facilities. There is small playground where student can play volleyball, badminton, etc. The classroom is spacious and has proper ventilation. Labs are equipped with high-tech and the latest technology equipment. The library is new and has a limited number of books. Hostels are available for boys and girls. A medical facility is available for every student.

Faculty: The college is new so most of the faculty members are new here. Teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Faculty members have 3 to 5 years of teaching experience. The teaching quality is the best. The course curriculum is good because most of the things we learn in the classroom are applied during the practical in the hospital. The semester exam are moderate difficult.

IPHH College of Nursing and Allied Health Science Application Process

Courses	Eligibility
B.Sc.	Candidate must have passed 10+2 with the mentioned marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together and passed in English individually including from a recognized board. Candidate appearing/appeared in 10+2 examination 2024 can also apply. Candidate belonging to reserved categories must have obtained 40% in 3 core subjects.
UG Diploma	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Science Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) or Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) and English with above mention marks in aggregate from recognised Board. Result awaited students can also apply on provisional basis.
B.Sc. (Post Basic)	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from recognized Board/council.
GNM	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Science/Arts and English or with English in Vocational stream Health Care Science with the above mentioned marks from a recoganized board/centre. Reserved Category candidates must be obtained 35% marks. Result awaited students can also apply on provisional basis.
