B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemistry - Batch of 2024

Low percentage in placement, infrastructure is really good, and fewer facilities are provided.
Placements: In this college placement, we got only 10 students per 100 students, which is only 10 percent. The highest package is INR 16 lacs, the average is INR 10 lacs, and the lowest is INR 2.5 lacs per annum. Only 35 percent of students got chances for internships at Tata, Infosys, Reliance, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good; it is one of the best in the infrastructural college of Jharkhand. There are no facilities in the hostel, but a small canteen is available, and for sports and games, a field is provided by the college. There is no free availability of wi-fi, but a lab and library are available. The college uses smart classes and a green board for study.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful in problem solving and well qualified, having great experience and holding good knowledge in their own subjects. The college takes exams every month to boost the confidence of the students, but final or semester exams happen twice a year. For a pass, you need to score 40 out of 100.

College has a big campus, greenery, supportive teachers, and a good environment.
Placements: I am pursuing my Bachelor's degree from this college in Chemistry Honours. Currently I am in my second semester, first year and I will complete my honours in 2028.
Infrastructure: College has a good infrastructure. Classes are so big and ventilated, and have a separate lab and lab assistant for each subject. A large amount of greenery, fresh filling, and supportive teachers and faculty. Campus is so big and feels good, and it is a very calm place and good for enjoyment.
Faculty: We have two internal and two external exams in a year, with a practical in the external exam also. Our subjects change in every semester, except the honours paper. Exam center lies in the same city but in a different college. Only external exams are like this, and internal exams are held within the same college. There are best teachers in the college. My batch has many students.
Other: College has many events, a big campus, a good environment, and greenery. I chose Chemistry honours because it is a good subject with lots of scope.

Infrastructure: Hostels are good. Facilities and infrastructure of the is nice. Wi-Fi is also available in the hostels. Quality of food is best and also test of the food is nice. Medical facilities, sports facilities, games facilities are available in the college campus.
Faculty: Teachers are high qualified and helpful. The teaching quality and also the style of teaching is nice. Explainatiins are too clear and understable. Yes, college makes the students industrial ready. Exams are not too difficult and passing percentage are good approximately 80%. .

The college is good for doing bachelor's and B.Ed courses.
Placements: Placements are good. 40% of students get jobs each year from top companies like Gillette, Bandhan Bank, and Sri Ram Finance. The average salary offered is around 2.5 lakhs per year. Some of the top roles for my course include account executive, bookkeeper, and junior accountant. Overall, it's a good choice!
Infrastructure: The library is good. Classrooms are present, top-notch labs, and a canteen. Every year the college conducts sports like cricket and football tournaments which teach sportsmanship, problem-solving, and making the right decision at the right time. Medical facilities are good immediate treatment is available.
Faculty: Teachers are good and highly qualified and so helpful. Semester exams are not so tough. A good sort of study makes you score good courses that are decent which build character and teach you to make decisions and industry industry-ready. The teaching quality is good.
Other: I had done B.Com to explore new things like finance, accounting, corporate accounting, and gaining entrepreneurial skills. Everything is okay and can be done more renovation to look better.
